    Recently purchased a home, unfortunately immediately had some undisclosed issues with the HVAC not running consistently. Had a sifferent company out, they said I needed to replace the circuit board at a minimum, recommended we just do the whole system. Got a free second opinion from Guardian; Sergio the technician arrived punctually to my home and diagnosed that a wire on the circuit board and my thermostat was unplugged for some unknown reason. Fixed my issue in 10 minutes, saved me potentially hundreds to thousands of dollars. Sergio took the time to explain to me what he saw and how he fixed it. Could not have asked for better service. Will definitely be using Guardian for my future HVAC service.

    I'm a single woman who lives alone. I can't tell you how many times I've had trouble feeling seen and heard, dealt with lengthy mansplaining, or just didn't feel safe when it comes to any homeowner issues involving a service person entering my home. But every encounter I've had with Guardian Heating & Cooling has been outstanding. David Marshall helped with my purchase of a whole new HVAC unit last summer and Rory lead the team who managed my install. Today, with temps 100+, I ran into condensation issues that caused my unit to stop working and Eddie came over to resolve the issue on the spot. All reps so far have been incredibly helpful, kind, informative, and professional. Highly recommend this company!

    My husband and I purchased a home with a very dated HVAC system a few years ago and had concerns about how soon we may have to repair/replace our AC or furnace. After doing our homework, we chose to have Guardian out to clean and service both within the next few months and to gain some feedback on the condition of each. We were given honest and helpful info from the start regarding how long we might have until we may want to replace one or both. A couple weeks ago, after starting up the heat for the first time a week earlier, we noticed we weren’t getting warm air and that our furnace wasn’t working properly. Guardian came out and let us know that we had a major clog in the coils of the furnace and that several other small parts would need to be replaced from normal wear and tear. We weighed the possibility of just replacing the small parts to keep it working a bit longer, but ultimately decided that the time had come to replace the entire 20+ year HVAC system. After shopping around, we had Guardian install a Carrier system that is very well rated and reviewed and fits perfectly with the size of our home and lifestyle. They were able to install it just a few days after having the initial inspection and we are very happy with the entire experience. We really could not be more pleased with the professional and friendly service we have received from every person that has come into our home.
    From those that came to clean and “freshen up” our AC or furnace through the years. To those that clearly explained every part of this purchasing agreement and parts to our brand new heating system. David, Tyler, Jasper (to just name a few) thank you for your professionalism, but also your thorough work, respect, and care the last few days.

    They sent a young gentleman named Alen M. ( can't remember his full last name ) because my A/C stopped working and we have 2 young children in the house. He managed to get me a quote and fix the issue the same day. Absolutely amazing service and very friendly. Definitely recommend these guys! 💪

    Guardian was referred to us by another contractor and I couldn't be more appreciative of the referral. Jasper was wonderful and patient from our initial tech visit to helping us select new equipment for our home. The crew that installed our equipment was impressive, cleaned up after themselves (the lead tech said treat this like your grandmas floor). They've been impressive in their follow through to ensure we're a 100% satisfied. From start to finished, I felt our best interest were taken into consideration.

    Tyler was very helpful and professional while repairing our air conditioner. I know it was the first hot week of the year, and we were able to be seen relatively quickly. He arrived at the beginning of the repair window and was straightforward when explaining what was wrong with the unit. His professionalism was valued and we hope if there are any future issues with our system that he works on them. We also appreciate that he was friendly and kind to our dog. Thank you so much for the good work!

    Pat was the technician they sent me. He was able to get the job done without delays. He even labeled things so if any technician came back they can find things more easily. I picked the company because my neighbors used them and I'm happy with that decision.

    I was having issue with my aging HVAC not cooling properly, so I gave Guardian a call after seeing their great reviews. They were able to send a tech on my next available date. The tech (his name escapes me) was very professional, gave me a heads up call to let me know he was on the way, and was on time.
    He asked me about the issues I was having and immediately got to work on diagnosing the issue. He showed me exactly which components were having issues like being worn, leaking, clogged, burnt, rusted, etc. What I though was pretty cool was that they use an app where all photos taken during service are uploaded and shared with the customer.
    Long story short, my unit is in pretty bad shape due to the previous owner's lack of maintenance. The tech told me about the options to replace/repair the faulty parts, although ultimately replacing the entire unit is probably the best long-term solution.
    He referred me to Alen Musanovic, who was able to come the next day to take a look at the current unit, take measurements and photos, and was able to find a newer model replacement. Alen was also great at communicating from the get-go, and having worked as a technician, he is very knowledgeable about the equipment and installation process. Alen is very professional, and not your typical salesman who wants to push a deal that may be unfavorable to the consumer. Really it's more of a conversation on what your equipment, installation and service needs are and how Guardian can meet them.
    Overall, it was and excellent experience with Guardian, and I fully recommend them to anyone who is on the look for HVAC/AC/furnace services. Believe the 5-star reviews, you will be happy you did.

    Guardian was very responsive to our needs during this busy time. We requested AC services on Thursday afternoon and they were able to come the following afternoon. Nelson communicated his arrival time and was very punctual. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue with our AC and had it working within an hour. We decided to join their loyalty program to save a little on the ac service. We will for sure use Guardian again, especially for our annual hvac checkups. I also love supporting local businesses!
