The guys did a great job. They set them up and showed me how to work the remote. They even had a spare battery because one of the two remotes didn’t work. I highly recommend using them for your Heating or Cooling needs.

I can’t recommend Heat Cool enough. They installed our original AC almost 20 years ago (when appliances actually lasted that long), and we’ve used them regularly for preventative cleaning/maintenance. They’ve always been kind, on time and professional. I am now getting a new AC and John, the owner, has gone above and beyond helping with his 44 years of experience on this next AC. HeatCool installed two HVAC units in my high rise condo. They were fast, courteous and efficient.
When one unit failed just after the one year warranty, they came by, replaced the motherboard and charged me nothing, even though it was beyond the warranty for labor.
I can't recommend them more highly!

The team at Heat Cool was superior. Due to negligence on the part of a condo owner, as a renter I could not repair air conditioning damage alone. The ceiling unit required significant labor and expertise to repair severe damage. Samir, Josef and Larry along with the owner calmly spent 3 days installing and repairing the unit to completion. A 5 star recommendation for experts who know what they are doing. 4 weeks without air conditioning in luxury high rise is now over. Maybe I will sleep well tonight. Thank you HeatCool!

I’ve worked with HeatCool for over 15 years. They have serviced 10 of our furnaces, mostly for my tenets. They are very clear on what needs to be done. They show up quickly and get the fixes or replacements done. Very happy with their service.

Following that, the work has been scheduled and it was completed at the set time. All the team was very professional. Customer service was very responsive and patient with all my questions. The service technician John was very professional. He contacted me with expected arrival time, and was very respectful of the space. He took his time to examine the AC unit, then he explained in detail of how it worked, and showed me exactly where the problem was, and how he was able to best solve it.
