I'm glad we came across Guardian heating and cooling when searching on Google. The customer service call and the team that was
sent to our home was extremely excellent. Allen, our rep who came to our home and explain everything was the starting point of going with Guardian heating and cooling. Once the team came over for installation Josh, Martin Steve and the rest of the team were by far the most knowledgeable team. We just had another team member Tyler come in and check our filter/ thermostat and also knowledgeable with the system. Thank you so much Guardian heating and cooling for having an A+ team!

Prompt, responsive, professional, and reliable. One company quoted me $26k to replace all the AC units and furnaces in my home. Peter diagnosed the problem and found there were a few wires reversed when I installed our Google Nest. Simple problem, completely my fault, and Guardian fixed the issue in 10 minutes, and for substantially less than $26k (for free)! We will definitely call them again for all our AC and furnace needs in the future. THANK YOU!

My AC stopped blowing cold air suddenly. I called a few places, and thanks to a recommendation from a neighbor in the building, I gave them a call and they were able to get me on schedule in three days as opposed to 3 weeks. Nelson showed up pretty early on in the window I was given, and was a pleasure to deal with off the bat. He was bet knowledgeable about what he does and explained every detail to help me understand what he was looking at. Upon returning from out of town, I noted that my A/C was blowing hot air. I researched online repair companies that serviced my village and had great reviews for customer service. I found Guardian. They were responsive and were able to send a repair rep the same day. That rep was Tyler. Tyler was very patient and professional. He answered my questions and explained technical concepts. I would recommend Guardian to others and especially Tyler!

Guardian Heating & Cooling Service’s Nelson Roman called first and arrived on time. He was very nice and professional. He diagnosed our HVAC and took photos to record the problems. A friend recommended this company to us, and we were satisfied with Nelson’s knowledgeable and quick service. We have scheduled Guardian to come back and replace our HVAC unit. I highly recommend this company.

When our heat went out during a particularly cold winter night, Guardian was very responsive in getting our furnace repaired same day. We were able to credit our repair expenses towards a new furnace to replace our aging system - great!

Guardian really took care of us. We have a rooftop unit which requires a long ladder for access. Guardian was the only company with the properly-equipped trucks to take care of us!
