Guardian Heating and Cooling recently replaced my 40 year old boiler. Their price was competitive and their installation was perfect. Extremely helpful sales staff helped make it a pleasant experience compared to what it could have been. Fair price expert install …would definitely recommend.
I have a lot of HVAC experience both personally and professionally and I've never encountered a better company in my past 30+ years. Guardian is amazing -- there is no one better. We trusted them to install 3 new heating and cooling systems now plus a fresh air system. Everything has been flawless.
After encountering a repeated issue with a newly installed unit. Guardian sent a more senior employee to troubleshoot the problem. Nelson and Jonathan spent a considerable time assessing the issue with the water condensation in the pan and tripping the thermostat to turn off. Nelson explained the issue with the negative pressure causing in the system and made some adjustments to the newly installed equipment and hopefully will resolve the issue. Thank you for your professionalism, service, and explanation of the problem. I will continue to monitor if anything else arises, I will reach out.
The technicians that came out for inspection and repair were great. Very helpful about explaining the issues, presenting options, taking and sharing pictures, etc. Got my furnace up and running while I look for a new furnace.
The sales rep that came out to do the estimate on the replacement job was very unhelpful. Ran late, seemed like he was in a rush, had a "computer problem" that prevented him from showing me anything, and left after 5 minutes. It took a week and 2 callbacks from me to have them finally send a one sentence email saying that they weren't bidding on the replacement. Not sure why they didn't just tell me that in person.
Sergio was super pleasant. The only reason for three stars is the upsell that Guardian pushes on its employees. Felt rather pressured to buy whole new system. I don't blame the employee as they probably get a commission and better job review. So once again, Sergio was very knowledgeable and very nice.
It’s never a good situation when your furnace dies, but I couldn’t recommend the service that Guardian and, in particular, David provided in getting me a replacement system. Incredibly detailed and thoughtful, great installation experience, warm heat and cool AC. Thank you, Guardian!!
I do not have any service experience with Guardian. However, I can tell you I am quite displeased with the mess they left on my patio after replacing my upstairs neighbors AC and Furnace. Please clean up after yourself and don’t leave your garbage for someone else to deal with. I run a business and you must button things up and clean after yourself. Leaving garbage, tools, extra supplies is not acceptable regardless of the quality of your craftsmanship. There is also damage on our metal staircase landing which I will have to repair because one of the workers dropped the old furnace while removing it.
