    Shout out to the Jasper, Enrique and the guys at Guardian for doing an awesome job replacing my furnace this week. They always take care of any issues in a timely manner and bend over backwards to be accommodating.
    They designed, installed and have maintained the HVAC system in my home for the past 14 years. I highly recommend them to anyone considering repairs, replacement or just annual maintenance.

    From my initial contact with Rich, Pete and Alen I was impressed with their professionalism, knowledge and honesty. Granted I was overwhelmed when I learned I had to replace 2 furnaces in a 2-flat building! Both units were outdated! They assisted me with financing and were understanding of my financial situation. The three installers (William, Jose and Miguel) were knowledgeable, respectful and very patient when I bombarded them with operational questions. So kind and thoughtful! I would recommend Guardian Heating & Cooling and will continue to utilize they’re services.

    We called Guardian when our AC went out. We bought our house last year and it is very old, the AC units were older than me!

    Jasper came over the next day and did a thorough inspection and outlined what we would need done. He was very kind and professional. They had a cancellation and were able to come the next day. We needed 2 AC Units and a new furnace, as well as duct work and new thermostats.

    Rory, Eric, and Jonathan (I may be misremembering that last name) came to complete our project. We have 3 pets and were both working from home. They were AWESOME. Very kind, respectful of our pets and our home, and respectful of the fact that we were both working. They explained everything to us, answered all of our questions, and did a great job. The GM and owner even came by at the end of the second day (it was a 2 day project) to make sure everything was completed properly.

    Jasper kept in touch throughout the project and made sure we had all of our questions answered. Our house is so much more comfortable now and I’m so glad we went with Guardian! Thanks Jasper, Rory, Eric & Jonathan!

    Heating system was acting up, called Gaurdian after doing some research online and seeing they had good reviews. They answered quickly and were able to send out someone the next day. Sergio came out and was extremely professional and helpful. Explained everything he was doing as he was doing it, quickly found the issue, broke down pricing and what the repair entails, then quickly took care of business. The process was quick and easy, highly recommend Sergio and by extension Gaurdian.

    I called Guardian and they were able to come out same day - within two hours actually which was so appreciated. Tyler was fantastic - friendly, helpful and knowledge. He checked and our system was luckily under warranty... he was also super efficient with his time. Truly great to work with!

    Update: December 2022. I called because my furnace is out. Coldest day of the year. I was told that they are only servicing "members". I am a returning customer and was never even told about the membership program. Guess I'll freeze.

    Summer 2022: I took off one star because: the answering service didn't relay my first message and I had to call back 5 hours later. I was also not informed of the pricing before the visit, and they charge $199 an hour even if they stay 15 minutes. It should be prorated.
    Other than that, service was courteous and professional. The tech that came to my house was Eddie and he was very helpful and informative. took off one star because: the answering service didn't relay my first message and I had to call back 5 hours later.
