    I called Guardian Heating & Cooling because my Nest had lost power and my furnace wouldn't turn on. Sergio arrived within 1hr and quickly diagnosed & addressed the issue. He was very communicative and helpful throughout the whole process; I will definitely be working with Guardian again.

    GET A PRICE CHECK - The company is professional and responsive, however make sure you get quotes from other contractors before you buy a furnace/AC from Guardian as their prices do not seem competitive. Fortunately, I checked with another vendor and got a similar name-brand furnace with a warranty installed for over $3000 less than what Guardian was offering. I received two other quotes that were lower cost than Guardian by thousands of dollars. They have a very smooth sales pitch and will offer an "advanced" options to make their basic system price seem reasonable, although it is not.

    Of all the contractors, repair people, and home improvement companies we’ve ever worked with, Guardian has been the very best. Their response and follow up communication is top-notch, and they are absolute professionals in installing and assessing HVAC issues. We’ve had their seasonal maintenance contract for many years and 3 different residences, and it has paid off at each. We also contracted them for a very complex job, and they worked through difficult electrical issues to make sure everything worked, coming back to our house -- with no additional fees -- numerous times to find a solution for us. They are honest and upfront, and it’s the best experience we’ve had with any service company. I’d recommend Guardian to anyone.

    Today was my Dad’s 97th birthday and it began with no heat. I contacted Guardian and they sent out the best technician, Tyler. He was so friendly and yet very professional. He identified the problem immediately and after a few repairs we had pilot light liftoff. Kudos to Guardian for employing such a wonderful professional.

    My furnace broke down in February. Called Guardian and they arrived within an hour and was able to get the heat back on. Needed a new furnace due to my existing was in bad condition. Service was excellent. It was 2 days of work due to the amount of work. The team did a great job and it looks great. Thank you

    We had Guardian install a full house dehumidifier. Miguel and Jose came and were able to finish the job quickly and efficiently. The work they performed looks very clean with the ducts and piping out of the way. I had asked for them to do this so I could still use the closet. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for HVAC work.

    Classically, on one of the coldest days of the year so far, my heating system was not igniting. I called Guardian to see when a tech could come out and accidentally called outside of business hours. The person who answered the phone was very kind and took a message which was returned within an hour of the office opening. They were able to move up my window when a cancellation came through and my tech Tyler was super friendly, knowledgeable, and conscientious.

    It ended up being just a part replacement, but I appreciate the effort to keep me informed about Guardian’s offerings (like a full heater replacement and the membership program). Nothing felt pushy! And I feel like I am getting good information to make the call that’s right for me.

    Sergio is absolutely the best! He was on time, professional and very knowledgable about the system. He installed a new motor on my heating system and it is so much quieter than the old one. He is now officially my new HVAC guy! :-) I will definitely call him next year for my routine maintenance. Thanks Guardian Heating,...and Sergio :-)

    I called and made a appointment for a price quote with this company for a Tuesday. They did not show at any time nor did they try to call me. I called them and explained that they never came or called. They said they will schedule another appointment for Saturday. Once again they never called or showed up. I wasted two entire days waiting on them. If they do this for just a quote I will hate to see how their service will be once they did an install. This is very unprofessional and I will not suggest this company.

    This is our second time (in a few years) using Guardian Heating & Cooling and we could not be more pleased! Tyler, our expert technician, was able to diagnose the problem with our unit in a short time AND present us with multiple options to fit our needs/budget. The communication is excellent, they are fair priced and they are seriously impressive their customer service. From booking to billing, it was seamless! Tyler also gave us the great advice to take advantage of their membership program and I could not believe the savings!!!! Happy to say we are members of the Guardian Heating & Cooling program. This is the level of service you need!
