Guardian Heating & Cooling Service

This is the first time I’ve used Guadian Heating and Cooling. My service rep Nelson was on time, professional, knowledgeable and informative. They did an annual maintenance on my ten year old furnace. They did a great job! Thanks so much.

i am so happy we started going with Guardian, and they will be our go-to from now on. The company is terrific. The problem with our AC was diagnosed and fixed the same morning I called for service, and from start to finish, everyone i dealt with was professional, polite, knowledgeable and accommodating. We couldn’t ask for better service or nicer people!

We had a pressing issue that required someone to come out quickly. Sergio was our service person and he did such a great job. He was way calmer than I was about the problem and managed to fix the issue efficiently despite the small space. We are very happy with the service we received.

We have been using Guardian for our annual maintenance and servicing. We recently encountered an issue with our AC unit over a weekend and were dispatched Tyler the technician on a Sunday morning. Our issue was immediately corrected and explained well. Ironically, we had a similar issue arise a few days later with our other AC unit and the same experience ensued this time with Nelson. We are very pleased with Guardian and highly recommend them.

We have a older house so its always something when it comes to installing. They did an amazing installation job. They had to replace a good part of our old exhaust that went out to roof. I felt they modernized our home with new air conditioning and heater to our home. I highly recommend.

Professional outfit. Arrived on time and provided a fair quote. Jasper explained all the details and patiently answered all questions. They installed 2 systems 2 days after the quote in one day. The crews were professional and friendly. They quickly returned the next day to fix a minor issue. I highly recommend this company.

The technician, Sergio, was on time and got right to work. He diagnosed the issue and told me right away what to expect in terms of time and cost, which I really appreciated. His exam was really thorough. I firmly believe that a little time and effort now will put off the eventual day the unit needs to be replaced. When that day comes, I'll be happy to have Guardian do the work.

Recall first year when we called on a holiday evening in December, Guardian sent their tech to repair furnace on a cold evening when no one should be outside. He spent 3 hours getting us back in operation earning our business for decades into the future. None better for sure!
