    Had a great experience with both of the crew members we dealt with. Our A/C stopped working and after calling a few companies who said they couldn't make it out for several days, Guardian said they could be here the very next morning. Unfortunately our lines were frozen over and they had to let them thaw before servicing, so we had another crew member come out the following day. Both workers were extremely friendly, talkative, and courteous and took the time to thoroughly explain everything so we understood what the problem was, and the best way to keep our system working efficiently. Thank you guys so much, will continue using you for our future HVAC needs!

    Guardian has great service techs. They’re focused and make sure they get the problem fixed. They’ve done a variety of work for me over the years and I’ve never had a bad experience. They’re usually not the cheapest option based on any single visit, but they’re cheaper over time by fixing things right on the first visit and keeping my system running longer with quality repairs. I’ve referred them to family, friends and neighbors.

    Guardian is very reliable and provides wonderful customer service. Sergio was recently at our home to manage a humidifier and heating issue. He was prompt and respectful. He was in a mask and immediately put booties on. He was careful in our home. He assessed the issue and communicated clearly is plan for fixing it. He was efficient and very clean.     Tyler was professional respectful and personable to have at our home. Tyler performed diagnostics to reveal our existing thermostat needed replacement. Tyler took great care to explain our options so as to select the right thermostat model to meet our family’s needs.

    Our boiler is fully functioning now thanks to the great service provided.

    Guardian called a day or so after I emailed a request and scheduled an appointment for the same day to have the A/C components of our HVAC looked at. Nelson R listened to what was wasn't working then looked over the unit and whole system and diagnosed the problem. He walked me through what wasn't working and explained the possible solutions, he was very professional and knowledgeable and quickly replaced the part that had stopped working. We also discussed maintenance options and he sent quotes so I could look over possible preventive options.
    I would recommend.

    We had the worst experience with Sergio at Guardian Heating and Cooling. Surprised by the 5 star reviews here. He came into our house that my parents left to me and criticized our 1950’s furnace and heating system from the moment he walked in the door. Nothing but complaints and criticism. We know the furnace is old, and we specifically agreed to pay $129 for a “furnace cleaning” with their customer service representative via text. I didn’t ask for an inspection. He then had the audacity to say, “I know no one is made out of money but this should have been replaced years ago”…Meanwhile, I have made big repairs to our home, so he couldn’t be any more condescending, insulting and snarky. He totally mansplained everything in hopes of guilting me, manipulating me and then roping me into deceiving sales tactics. I am the wrong woman. Lastly, he stated that he wouldn’t vacuum the furnace because there would be soot and black smoke all over the basement and that it was unsafe. Here we are with our 75 year old furnace doing totally fine…I’ve had two other larger and well known companies come here, clean the furnace, and not hear one word of complaining…with no black soot all over the basement…just nice recommendations to replace it. I even advised him of this. Then his manager had the audacity to ask for payment after he refused to clean it. We have every intention of replacing this furnace but would certainly not use this company. They even sent me an invoice.

    Great service from start to finish! My AC went out on Saturday during the 90+ degree weather and they were able to send a tech out first thing Monday morning before work. Sergio was quick, and helpful answering all my questions and explaining what needed to be done. Very much recommend

    I just had a great service call on my boiler with Tyler from Guardian Heating. He was extremely thorough and professional, and he took extra time to answer my questions about my system and the possible addition of a smart thermostat. I’m happy to be with such a responsive and caring company after having some unpleasant experiences with a previous heating maintenance company. I contacted Guardian a year ago for a second opinion (based on a referral from another satisfied customer), and ultimately I needed a whole new boiler system and rerouting of some of the piping. They had the new equipment installed within a couple days of the diagnosis, and the installation techs and Jasper, my sales advisor, were wonderful every step of the way. I look forward to working with Guardian for many years to come!
