Amber Heating & Air Conditioning

Our really, really old air conditioner finally failed, so we called Amber--a neighbor recently told us about a very good experience they had, saving them hundreds vs a competitor. Amber was very responsive, sending Jose out asap. He said that he "could" fix it, but since it was very old, the refrigerant would be very expensive and if it failed again, which was likely, it would be even more expensive and harder to find the refrigerant. He, left it completely up to me and was in no way trying to sell me anything more than what I wanted.
We decided to replace our entire system as well as our water heater since we were planning to do all of this work anyway. We knew we were on borrowed time since our equipment was well past their replacement dates.
Amber sent Roger to work with us. He was very responsive, gave us three quotes, followed up but didn't push us in any way. Overall, he was excellent to work with. We scheduled two days for his installers Mike and Chad to work, both of whom were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They prepped the area so as not to leave behind any unnecessary debris, and did their work very efficiently, calling out only when absolutely necessary (I worked from home both days but never felt the need to keep an eye on them).
A couple of weeks after the installation, Roger visited one last time to close everything out. He walked us through everything that had been done, presented all of the warranty information, guarantees, and even filled out rebate forms so that all we needed to do was sign and send them in!
Overall, we had an excellent experience with Amber and highly recommend them to anyone.

I’ve been using Amber for over 20 years! Top notch service, Carrier dealer and maintain my ac and furnace! I had Trent out today to clean my furnace and Jose has been out to install a thermostat and Clean my AC! I wouldn’t use any other HVAC company! Their tech’s are properly trained, respectful of my home and do the job!

I contracted with Amber Heating and Air to perform duct sealing at my home. Anthony came to look at the system, provide a quote, and came back to perform the actual work, and again to provide the performance report of the system before and after the ducts were sealed. Anthony and Amber are great; responsive, respectful, professional, and friendly. Equally important, their work resulted in an 86% reduction in supply air leakage in the system! I highly recommend Anthony and Amber Heating and Air.

He went above and beyond by explaining potential future issues with my air conditioning unit to help me be aware of things to look for in the future. I am pleased to give this review regarding, Trent, the tech sent to do the maintenance service on my furnace. I am recently widowed and am not comfortable having someone I do not know in my home. Trent immediately put me at ease with his kind and friendly demeanor. I found him to be very professional and efficient regarding his work and was impressed by his knowledge answering my many questions.
I have a yearly service contract with Amber and would appreciate,if possible, Trent being assigned to my AC service appt in July.

We did Aeroseal what a big difference in A/C and heat coming thru our vents especially the 2nd floor. Would definately recommend Aeroseal and Amber Heating. Amber Heating was professional, prompt.

Amber using the AEROSEAL product sealed my 29 year old leaky ductwork throughout my house nearly eliminating airflow loss that greatly improved airflow to even the furthest room in the house from the furnace. They were professional in every step of the process and the quality of work is outstanding. We ran into a bit of a problem with my house ducts (not Amber) and we both worked thru solving the issue in a way far above my expectations. the final condition of my home HAVC airflow is going to save me heating/cooling costs over time by improving the efficiency of my existing HAVC.

They have been servicing are units for about thirty years We have a service contract that we took out when we bought are unit & it has proven to be a great investment. the employee's are all great & most professional.
Mike is are service representative & we always request him when its time for spring & fall check up. He always does a great job & is very professional.
