I just wanted to say Thank You to Jose and of course to Amber Heating and Air Conditioning. I called last night and received a call back right away. Jose came to service my a/c and explained everything in a way that I could understand. I really appreciated the time he took and was very pleasant. I will definitely be doing business with this company. I will be sure to tell my friends and family of my experience. Thanks again.

We wanted to get our furnace checked out after hearing it make some strange noises and so we called Amber. They were able to send out a technician really quickly later that morning, José, and he was so kind, thorough, and fast. He took the time to explain the process of checking the furnace and the air quality and even gave me tips on the right sort of filters to buy. All in all: Great experience with Amber.

Just had my furnace cleaned in time for the colder weather. Brian P. was my technician from Amber. He arrived on time, was very professional, friendly and answered all my questions. He did a thorough job and my furnace is running just like new. Amber's customer service is top notch... I highly recommend them!

We have been customers of Amber for over 30 years. We're in the process of selling our house and no longer live there, but on Saturday, the buyer's inspector discovered that the HVAC system was totally non-functional. I called Amber this morning (Monday), and Julie was able to have service scheduled for me almost immediately. Jose came to the house early in the afternoon, opened the unit and immediately diagnosed the problem, which he fixed on the spot. Amber provides friendly, courteous service and their technicians know what they are doing.

I just had another great experience with Amber Mechanical. I had an A/C checkup, Jose was Very considerate by wearing proper PPE and shoe covers before he entered the house, he was very thorough explaining everything he was doing and why he was doing it. he also made some great suggestions. Hands down the best company I’ve worked with. Professional, friendly and thorough. Jose is the absolute greatest. I love the fact that he takes the time to explain what he’s doing and to give us tips on maintaining the system well. I’ve used them ever since I bought my condo and it’s been wonderful.

We have used Amber Heating and Air for 16 years and have always been satisfied with their work. They took on the challenge of installing the duct work for our heating/AC system, even though they had to squeeze into the tiny crawl space of our old home to do it, and we have trusted them ever since. They are honest and polite and we highly recommend them.

The man who came to our house was outstanding. We have never had a technician who spent so much time examining the situation and explaining to me how to manage the thermostats through about 10 different temperature gradients outside. You are so lucky to have this technician in your service. We have been using Amber for decades and have never met such a generous,Polite, intelligent and just outstanding. He should be your man of the year and I hope you can give him a big raise because he has changed my mind about continuing our contract with your company after having had so many young technicians who did not understand our problems and offered out rages solutions. This guy is the winner.

Called Monday AM about 12 year old furnace not heating properly, Jose Lopez came out at time promised and was able to determine problem immediately because of odor in basement caused by the secondary heat exchanger leaking. Because of the age of the furnace and the complicated repaid procedure he described, I decided to have it replaced.
Since the furnace was still usable, he had Anthony come out the next day so that he could determine the proper replacement. Ordered a new Carrier high efficiency furnace ( the old one was a Carriier and the heat exchange still had a few years left on warranty) got a great deal. Old one was removed and new one installed by Adrian who did an excellent job, knew what he was doing and how to do it right, wore covering on his shoes , and cleaned up everything when he was done. My thanks to every one at Amber from the phone answerer, Jose, Anthony, and Adrian. everyy one is the greatest.
