Amber Heating & Air Conditioning

The service was excellent,the service person explain everything about my heating system,he also told me that before he replace anything he would show me the parts and let me know if it was covered with my contract and it was. He check all the vents in my house and explain how important it was to get maintenance done yearly. On a scale from 1 to 10 i give amber heating a solid 10 . Jose was excellent with his customer service skills,I am so glad I have a contract with amber heating.

Jose Lopez was Great as Usual. He is the main reason I kept on returning to Amber Heating. Everyone in office has well are very friendly. Jose tells it like it is trys to help you out the best way possible. Unfortunately you don't see that too much now, its sad but its goid there still good people and hard workers out there. He does know what he's doing and it shows that he loves what he's doing. I've been in customer service for a long time so his work ethic is amazing 👏 👌 Thank You

when we had the 1st hot days and my air conditioner was not working. Although I'm sure they had quite a few calls service calls they were able to come out within afew hours of calling and I was able to get a new air conditioner installed 2 days later. They were very thorough in their assessment and I'm confident that i have aunit that meets my needs. The service tech was on time and professional. I highly recommend Amber.

Had a problem with my furnace which was under warranty. Called the number and was greeted by a very nice lady who was able to schedule an appointment for me - with the repairman to arrive within a couple of hours. I really appreciated them fitting me in. The repairman, Jose Lopez, came to my house to check on the furnace. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem, apologized for any inconvenience it caused us and showed me the broken part. He efficiently repaired the furnace and was on his way - at no charge to us. I was very pleased with his and the company's service. I highly recommend them and will use them again!

We worked with Amber Heating on a duct seal project, using the Aeroseal system. I was impressed by the knowledge that Anthony, the sales rep who initially came out to scope the project, had on ducts and the sealing process. We ended up with a significant reduction in leakage, and the house already feels more comfortable. I’d highly recommend Aeroseal and would definitely use Amber Heating again for any hvac needs that we have.

Jose Lopez did a excellent job fixing my furnace.
He was on time courteous and professional.
Jose did not do a rush job and made sure everything was working properly..Since i am a regular customer he worked with me to make sure I got the proper discounts on the final bill.

James was our service technician and he arrived exactly on time. He was very professional and extremely courteous. He put covers on his shoes to keep any dirt off our floors which was a vey nice touch. He was meticulous in reviewing and cleaning both of our furnaces. He was very articulate in giving me an easy-to-understand update on the state of both items. He tested that everything was operating perfectly before he left. He then presented me with a well-written description of the services he had provided. If James is a good representation of the quality and service provided by Amber Heating and Air Conditioning, then I highly recommend them!!
