Amber heating and air conditioning provided excellent service and quality. Jose the technician that was sent out to repair my central air conditioner could not have been more courteous. He explained my problem in details that I could understand and gave me a couple repair options. Once decided he went back to work and quickly corrected the problem and even showed me the failed part. It's no wonder this company has such an outstanding reputation. I wasn't looking forward to having my central air repaired but it's comforting to know that in the future I have someone reliable to call when the need does arise again. I highly recommend Amber heating and air conditioning. Thanks

Found this company while looking for info on duct sealing for some 40 year old ducts in my home. Also have a 40 year old furnace and 20 year old AC.

After the free, very thorough eval was performed the sales person, Anthony asked what my main goal was for getting the ducts sealed. I mentioned not a lot of air was traveling to the upper floors and they were either too cold in the winter or too hot in the summer. He actually told me that while the duct sealing would help, honestly the best thing for me would be to either install some larger air returns in those areas (as they are quite tiny), or think about getting a newer furnace/AC as that would make a much bigger impact.
Since I really did not want to get walls ripped open, and my furnace was really old, I decided to replace both the furnace and AC with something much newer.
Anthony showed me all the options and got me a great price on everything! He even threw in a few small extras as I was missing a small part of a return duct and said it would be no problem to have that fixed at no charge! I also had to delay the install two months due to some refinishing work and Anthony/Amber Heating were super accommodating!

Anthony really kept me in the loop regarding installation dates/times, rebate info needed, delays, etc. The techs who came to perform the installs were very professional answered all my questions, and did excellent work! They cleaned everything and made sure the install was performed cleanly (like I have a hose from the furnace draining to a sink, but they installed PVC piping and secured it to the sink so it looks very professionally done and does not stick out)!

After the install, Anthony reached out, did a complete walkthrough, answered any additional questions, actually found a small issue with the install he did not like and called a tech out the same day to resolve the issue!

Overall, I am highly pleased with the service, and those rooms which were not getting enough heat, my kids are super surprised that there is like triple the amount as before and are ecstatic as no more sweaters are needed in their rooms!

Customer service couldn’t be better! Trent is very easy to talk to & explains things to me in terms I can understand. The air conditioning wasn’t working well. Within five minutes Trent identified the problem and fixed it! In the past I’ve had some problems programming the thermostat. Trent very patiently went over the steps to switch from heating to cooling and vice versa. Words cannot express how much I appreciate Trent!!!

Amber Mechanical serviced my air conditioning unit last week during a heat wave. Their technician, Jose, did a fantastic job of explaining the step by step procedures, exactly what the charges were and my best options for future services I may need. I recently retired after 43 years as a tradesman doing construction and service in a technical industry, and felt my money was well spent. I will use Amber Mechanical in the future, and will request Jose when I do.

Amber services our hot water boiler which heats our floors. Honestly, it's kind of a complicated system so the technicians need to know their stuff. We have used Amber for over 20 years with no problems at all, that's why we continued to use them with great satisfaction.
On their most recent visit, we had an issue. It took a while, but once I was in contact with MIKE, The General Manager, the issue was resolved with one phone call.
If you do ever have any problems with Amber (BTW, 1 problem in over 20 years is a great track record), I believe MIKE can help you find a solution.

The servicemen were very professional, explaining every step of the installation, cleaning up, and finishing on time. My salesman Anthony promptly answered my questions about financing and available rebates. I am very pleased with Amber.

I never give reviews but in this instance, I cannot say enough about how happy we are with Amber. Jose came out today for our yearly maintenance check on our furnace and is the BEST! The level of professionalism and knowledge Jose provided was above and beyond and is a testament to the kind of service Amber provides to its clients. Jose answered all of our questions, explained what he was doing, what all the readings and numbers mean and how to get the best performance from our furnace.
