Jose did an excellent job. He did maintenance on one and fixed two other air conditioning units. He was courteous, professional and left his work area very clean. He was also very informative about what the repairs would entail and the cost that would be involved.

Jose Lopez came to my house for a regular service call and he was very professional and did an excellent job of checking my system. He is one of the better technicians we have had. Not only was he professional, but also very friendly and explained the results of his inspection.

I have been using Amber Mechanical for the last 17 years, to service my furnace. I have always been very satisfied with their service and their work. On this visit I had a service person named Jose. He was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. I will certainly ask for him in the future.

My high rating is very specifically for the job of replacing the furnace exhaust chimney cap on a very steep high roof, managed and arranged by Anthony. The cap had degraded allowing bird access, nests, etc, leading to clog. Odd however, was that they were not capable of clearing the clog. I had to do that myself before the appointment with my own dryer vent cleaning kit with the extendable sticks, which was not that hard. I also wish their routine furnace clean/check was more competitively priced. It is twice what it should be which is why I did not use them for that.

The service from start to finish was impeccable. The process from finding out what we needed, answering all our questions, reviewing all the selections and making solid recommendations was great. The installation went exactly as planned and we are extremely happy with our new system. I will always recommend Amber Mechanical.
