Jose Lopez, Serviceman, is an exceptional young man. He is friendly and works diligently and is good at his job, checking each site to make sure all is operating efficiently. In addition, he explains things clearly and is open to questions. He makes me feel he wants me to understand my system and to be satisfied. This is an excellent employee.

Tech Jose L. came out and was able to fix the problem we had with our furnace. He did the job quick and with complete satisfaction and was able to explain to me what was causing the issue. Price was favorable compared to other companies that would charge an arm and a leg for the service. I would recommend this company

They came out ~3 weeks ago and charged 200 bucks for a flame sensor cleaning! it fixed the issue for a little bit but we just had someone come out and for service call, REPLACING the flame sensor, and one other part was only 185! Amber has good service, the guy was friendly, but what a rip off on price.

Roger and Josh were professional, on time and did a great job. The installation of my thru-the-wall AC unit and attic fan were done correctly and to my satisfaction. I am glad I chose them for these jobs and would highly recommend them.

Josh and Mike are awesome!! The customer service that my Dad experienced today with these guys was above and beyond expectations!! These guys are took their time, explained what they were doing, keeping my Dad informed with every step of the way!! We would for sure recommend this company, very reasonable pricing!!!

Awesome! My furnace stopped working tonight. After being treated horribly over the phone by four seasons I called Amber heating and cooling. Spoke with dispatch and they were very sympathetic to my situation and understood the urgency since I have a baby in the house. They took my Info and had a tech call me within 5 minutes...he told me the rates...I agreed to pay...now the part that companies may not like to hear, but this is the reason why I will use Amber HVAC again. The tech asked me what was going on so I told him. He told me it was something I could do myself. He told me the part I needed to look for and told me to clean it with sandpaper...so I did...well, my furnace has completed two cycle now and seems to be working fine. Thank you Amber HVAC for having honest techs that work for you!!! I will always remember this and will keep you in my file of repair companies.

Furnace not working on this 9 degree morning. They came quickly. Service tech James A. found the issue right away & got furnace going. He also installed a new humidifier on the furnace. Was careful to make humidistat installation neat & cleaned up after himself. After this decided to purchase service contract from Amber.

Anthony was a fantastic representative of the company he was clear, concise and honest. The installer was prompt ,professional and clean.
