Jose was my service technician. He serviced my smart thermostat. He was very friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer any questions I had. I am very pleased with Jose and this company.

Both technicians were courteous. I received my new hot water heater the same day. They checked the lines for rust (and there was some).

My husband and I were impressed by the knowledge, professionalism and attitude of Jose and Nate when they serviced our system today. They also installed new thermostats and made the introduction to the new device easy to understand.

Excellent experience from the scheduler to the completion. All done on time and as expected. I had some water leaking from I-knew-not-where near the humidity discharge system. Jose found the problem immediately and unblocked the clogged pipe quickly. He also serviced the A/C system and gave me some helpful suggestions for improving operations.

Amber Heating does consistently great work, and I have been doing business with them for about 30 years. No matter what the problem, they work until it is fixed - period! People are great to work with too, from techs to office personnel.

Jose was at my house this morning to preform my PM and I will say, in my opinion he was very thorough. He took time to explain the functions and settings of my CORE thermostat.He has been to my house before and for any future service I need, I will ask for him as I have good trust in him.
