    My air conditioner was not working and it was 91 degrees outside and felt hotter inside. I called Amber company and they let me know that a technician would be calling me back. Of course I did not expect to get an immediate call but to my surprise I received a call and was informed the technician would be out the next day which was a Saturday.The technician was Jose. Jose went right to work testing the unit and explaining everything as he worked to resolve the problem. Jose found the problem and explained the benefits of having the company's maintenance plan in layman's terms so it was less confusing. Thanks Jose

    Great service! Came in time frame promised and Jose was very professional. Explained and was happy to show what steps he was taking to diagnose and correct the problem. Trustworthy! No pressure or scare tactics. Definitely would recommend.

    We have had a great experience working with Amber HVAC from the management through to the service people we have dealt with. Jose installed a new gas valve and did a great job with the installation, and was extremely polite and considerate (even wore Covers over his shoes).

    Your technician, Mike Milazzo, just completed his work at our house. He arrived early, was extremely courteous and professional, did a fantastic job, cleaned everything up, removed the old humidifier, and was finished far quicker than I could have imagined.     Everything was handled very professionally. This was a fairly complicated boiler/ hot water tank retrofit. Took a few days. Pretty happy w end result. Everything works and all the electronics like the fancy thermostat are fully operational. They helped us apply for Com Ed rebate and were very committed to a good result.

    Jose arrived 2.5 hours late and quoted the cost for 2 pounds of Freon which is industry standard but after he added more charges, he said that labor was included but could not state the cost of labor/hour. After arriving late, he told my elderly husband to hurry up and make up his mind because he has to "keep it rolling and move to the next appointment. Upon hearing this, I told him I would notate his behavior on social media, at which time he called me a profane name. We ended up calling the police on this person and will certainly follow up.

    This is the email I sent to the installer:

    Just wanted to let you know just how happy Keri and I are with the results of the Aeroseal process. Basement is much cooler (as it should be) and upstairs feels warmer. We are all able to sleep through the night without waking up sweating or shivering. The first thing my daughter noticed when she walked into her room was she could feel warm air blowing on her from six feet away. She had no idea what it was because it has never blown that hard before.

    Just wanted to say that Adrian and Alex were a pleasure to have in our home. They were professional, thoroughly explained the process, and very cognizant of cleanliness and keeping their "booties" on. They answered all of our questions. And believe me, we asked many of them. We probably slowed them down more than they would have liked. You have a top notch crew there.

    After seeing the before and after results on the computer screen we were flabbergasted at the amount of loss and totally amazed with the amount of reduction.

    As you can tell we are VERY satisfied customers.

    Great customer service! Had an emergency with our furnace and they sent someone right over. The woman on the phone was very friendly and helpful. Our technician Jose was thorough and explained everything. Definitely recommending this company.

    I will be honest - I didn't think an HVAC company was going to show me what it means to have consistently awesome customer service. Mike Mikula was my tech this time around, and just like James made a great first impression by asking my permission to enter my house, put booties on to keep my floor clean and had a big smile on his face. He asked my permission to look at my thermostat and start working on the furnace, instead of just going right to work which was a nice touch. What really impressed me at the end of the day was that I made a mistake and not only did Mike not make me look stupid for it, but he taught me something and provided me with great advice which made me feel good. I had not changed my filter for my HVAC for nearly 6 months (not a good idea) and completely forgot about it, which was the root of the issue (doh!). Mike explained that replacing it every 30 days is a good idea, and that if I replace it the same day I pay my mortgage like he does, it will help build the habit and make it easy to remember. Finally, when Mike left, he took the time to make sure everything was clean, let me know there was a package on my porch, shook my hand and said goodbye.

    Not only are the techs great - whenever I speak with service scheduling they are super pleasant, helpful and friendly. By accident one of service scheduling associates called me - I thought she was calling to let me know an earlier appointment opened up, but she hadn't meant to call me. She apologized profusely and sounded genuinely sorry she couldn't get me an earlier appointment.

    Take note any company who provides customer service: these guys know what they are doing.
