They were out of stock on the part that I needed - but man were they helpful. Picked several different items to do a comparison to find one that would work. Found the specs on the part I needed - a furnace "hot surface" that was in pieces, so length was guesswork. After trying several parts - and spending 30 minutes with me for a potential $25 sale, they had nothing. But other locations did. They offered to have it delivered to me or to them for pickup, but I could not wait until Monday (this was a Friday.)

So - they suggested several other places to try... went out of their way to help. 10 stars for customer service!

Went to Grainger in Alsip, had a size for a wheel seal, Brenda found the seal I needed, did a excellent job and was very professional and friendly, I recommend the Grainger in Alsip, and ask for Brenda.....

Bad service The guy who attended me wanted me to tell him exactly the part number of what he was looking for, how am I supposed to know if he is the one who works there. very bad experience I will never go back

Today December 9. I went to grainger and i park next building because the main entrance was close, one off the employee told me not park there, i understan rules and safety you have to follow but what i really hate is wend people donot let go, after i was done with my purchase the same employee told the manager that i did not want it to move, like she was goin to get start on her for head.
