I have had Joe and his very capable employees service our HVAC system for almost 2 years now. They have been nothing but the best, and I'd recommend their work to anyone in the area. Joe Guzy from Climate Air, Inc. is incredible. His assistant is very capable and provides excellent service too. I recently purchased a condo. The HVAC had to be replaced. The A/C unit is on the roof. The property manager and condo board made Joe jump through several hoops. One of the hoops was a Zoom call. Joe addressed all of their concerns. He was knowledgeable, professional, and extremely patient as we worked through the process. I will definitely be using Joe for annual maintenance. I will refer Joe to family and friends.

I am submitting this review after work done by Joe, on 3/17/17. He's done maintenance and repair on my HVAC system for a few years now. He always exhibits courteousness, timeliness, cleanliness, and respect for my property. He communicates well regarding the work and takes time to explain the details. I would certainly welcome his services for any future work and would recommend him to anyone desiring the services he provides. I also like the online bill pay, very convenient.

Had to coordinated service for a family member as I am 2 1/2 hours away. Joe was great- on time, diagnosed the problem and fixed the furnace on the spot! Joe responded quickly and kept me up to date on arrival time and repair. Will call them again if needed.

Recently I had my furnace replaced by Climate Air Inc. Before I check couple different companies but they gave me best price. It took them half a day and when the work was done left job site very clean. Very professional and knowledgeable about the product. Thanks Joe
