Mike C., the technician was on time, honest, friendly, helpful, and competent. Our AC unit wouldn’t turn on, and it was summer. Mike could have taken advantage of us, but he didn’t. He was honest to let us know that it was the blower motor capacitor that needed to be replaced. We asked him to turn on the AC and later the furnace to make sure they’re working before he left. I had issues with my AC unit icing up and leaking in furnace room. I called Joe 8:30 in the morning and was able to come same day! He gave me several options and price points. He worked fast, was very friendly and family oriented. I would recommend them and use again if needed.

Found Joe of Climate in a google search of local AC guys buy me. Joe came out quick took a look and checked my unit and was told I needed a complete unit condenser and coil my coil had a hole in it and could not be fixed plus they were both almost 40 yrs old So he came up with some suggestions I agreed and wellah I have a new unit pumping cold air. Joe and whole crew are all polite pleasant and smart but most of all Joe is honest and a straight shooter not to mention has the best prices around from the five other places I called. He now has a permanent customer and a believer by me and my wife so to anyone give this guy a call great outfit and great service and GREAT PRICES AND WORKMANSHIP
