CLIMATE AIR HEATING & COOLING

Of course when it's only 6 degrees outside my furnace decided it needed a time out. Called and spoke with Joe who was out within the hour. He diagnosed the problem, had the part in his truck, cleaned and replaced the broken part with a new part and.... Miracle!!!! I now have heat coming out of the registers!! Price was very reasonable. Couldn't be more satisfied. :-)

Joe came out to take care of a problem we were having on the 4th of July!!! He is very experienced, friendly and has always responded with in a few hours when we call him. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Serviced my AC at my condo. Was very friendly and very much on time. Had all the insurance needed for my building to allow him to do the work. Seemed honest. There was nothing wrong with my unit just neglect on my part (had not been serviced in 8 years). Just had to clean it and tighten a few attachments. Charged $150 which I have no clue is good or not for that service but I definitely appreciate not trying to up sell me on services I didn't need so I think it was well worth it as the only money I have spent on my AC for almost a decade. Will use again.

Joe is an awesome sale person my furnace sensor went out. i called him at 10am he arrived within the hour and was done 30minutes later. I'm totally satisfied with the service, price and customer service.

Totally unprofessional. Joe blew off scheduled appointments twice in two days with lame excuses. Last one was that he couldn’t find parking when there clearly was parking. Finally said he didn’t realize the job was in Lincoln Park when he had the address for over a week and said he no longer wanted the job. What a waste of time.

These guys were awesome, I called them because I had a burning smell comming from my vents, they came right out, diagnosed the problem as the blower motor being worn out and replaced it right on the spot for a great price. I will be using them again when its time to replace my units.
