Jerry and his team are top notch. Jerry was patient while I had to go through the estimate process. Once we confirmed Precision was our choice. Jerry got the ball rolling. He and his team were out within three days. Started early and finished late. Completed the install of our two rooftop units in one day. I high recommend using Precision Heating and Cooling.

The gentleman that did the work on my unit was very conscientious and knowledgeable. He was efficient and was very thorough in completing the work as outlined. I am very confident that the work performed met the highest standards.

Highly recommend Precision. From the point of making an appointment with Kim to the install, we had a very seamless experience. Jerry is very knowledgeable and very professional and I appreciated the time he took with my husband and I to help us pick the right furnace and AC for our home. We got a few estimates before deciding who to go with and I was most comfortable with Precision as they didn’t try to oversell us on more than we needed and did a great job answering our questions. The financing they offered was also the best compared to all the other estimates we got which was an added bonus.

My husband contacted Precision after we received the most horrible service and recommendation from 4 seasons. I can’t remember our Precision technicians name but he did a fantastic job. 4 seasons told us our AC unit & furnace was garbage and we needed to replace both. The Precision tech worked professionally and diligently until he discovered the problem. The Precision tech had our unit up and running like new in less than an hour. Great service!!!!!!

AC failure: After calling their behemoth competitor from the North Shore that sold us the system and was told a service tech would be out in 17 days, I called Precision the next morning around 6:15 am.

I got an answering service who took down my info and within 7 minutes got a call from Mark who arranged for a service tech to arrive before 9 am.

Ryan arrived as promised, after the office made a call to make sure that was still ok.

Ryan quickly determined the problem, researched if it was still under the warranty (which it was) located the replacement circuit board, went to get it at the supply house, returned, installed, troubleshot the old thermostat and ultimately installing a new thermostat (which I picked up at Ace for $30 as a plan B). And got us back up and running.

All inside of two hours.

Ryan was pleasant, prepared, knowledgeable, efficient and tolerant of the dog !

Alex was on time and very professional. He was able to resolve all the issues I was having with my 3 Nelson, cold plate and freezers. He had me back up and running in less than 4 hours and I highly recommend this company. The scheduling was great. They were here when they said they would be.

Peter came to my house as a second estimate to replace a 23 year old unit and made an excellent impression. He inspected both of my AC units, all three furnaces and took all of the necessary measurements. He communicated continuously, in a very detailed manner, explaining what was currently in place and previously done, how they would move forward and presented me with two different options for an AC unit along with two humidifiers. Due to his extensive knowledge, professionalism, attention to detail (this company is named appropriately), expected perfectionism and competitive pricing, I chose to use Precision Heating and Cooling. They were able to install the next day and an expert team showed up to work simultaneously to do the very best work. Throughout the day, each individual pointed out and walked me through what they were doing, showed me their completed work, made recommendations while in various areas of my home and upon final review, I have never seen such neat, thoughtful, careful HVAC work. In some cases, they corrected previous careless and messy work, and in others let me know who to contact and how to correct other issues. Throughout the day, Peter checked in with me and his team and the installation was seamless. I would confidently recommend this company to my family, friends and neighbors and I know that I can count on them in the future. Work was performed with timely and honesty. Technician was thorough and offered straightforward answers to all concerns and questions. Final price was exactly what was quoted. One cannot imagine having w great it feels to have the ac up and working having went through last weeks hit spell without it. I will definitely refer friends and others to precision.
