Jerry was able to give me a cheaper option and Peter was great to work with the installers were very professional I would recommend anyone to use them and I would definitely use them in the future.

We wanted to have our furnace and air cleaner checked and cleaned so we took a chance and called Precision. Ryan came to our home and he was wonderful. Very thorough, detailed, personable and explained everything to us. We needed a new thermostat and Ryan made sure that we knew how to work it. We plan to have him back in the spring (yes we will request Ryan) to check and clean our A/C unit. All around great experience.

I replaced my entire HVAC system. I was talked through my options at length and compared to other quotes I had gotten. The prices from Jerry were a little higher than some of the others, but in the final proposal not by very much, and it was clearly worth it for the higher degree of competence and professionalism we got from him and his team. He was noticing things about our old setup that the other contractors who came for quotes didn't. If I did it over again, I would for sure use Precision again.

It was such a pleasure to deal with Precision Heating & Cooling! The technicians were dependable, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with as well as the staff that handled the arrangements.

I used this company to install my new A/C and AHU last May of 2022. Installers are very professional including the owner Mr. Gerry. I had a problem with my AHU drain pipe in the attic and they were on top of it. They sent technician right away even it was holiday. I will 100% recommend this company to anyone.
Update: 6/14/23. It's time for annual free maintenance. The technician (Jamil) arrived on time and checked everything. He thoroughly cleaned the condenser outside and gave me some tips to keep my A/C last longer. He's very professional. I wasn't wrong when I chose Precision Heating and Cooling. I will definitely recommend this company.

Had a system maintenance done by another company who "considered it done". Unfortunately, it was not done correctly and my system was not keeping up with the cold weather even though running continually and had error codes. Precision came in, corrected the situation and now the furnace is back to normal and running properly. Lesson learned.
