My air conditioning went out and I called precision, they sent a tech out his name was Keith, he was cordial and professional he wore shoe covers and explained every step of the way what he was doing. When it was all said and done he cleaned my unit replaced a part called a capacitor and signed me up for a maintenance agreement. I will calling and asking for Keith when I need to get my furnace cleaned.

We've used Precision for many years for repairs and maintenance. This was the first time we've purchased new HVAC systems and we couldn't be happier. Not having heat on a frigid day can be stressful. However, the comfort consultant was thorough and clear in providing us options for our home; the installers were courteous, thorough, and professional, and we were appreciative of the extra effort made by a technician who brought us temporary space heaters to provide us comfort while we worked from home on this very cold day until our new heating system was installed. We highly recommend Precision and trust them with all our HVAC needs.

On a Sunday, both our furnaces went out during the start of a Chicago winter. I reached out to Precision, and Tony, the owner, responded right away. Over the phone, he was able to troubleshoot one of the furnaces to get it running. He went out of his way to ensure that we had heat through the night and arranged for a tech to arrive to service the other furnace the next day.
