Thanks to the knowledge of the tech we were back heating again after another company said we had to replace our system. He identified the problem as a clogged pressure switch and the cost was minimal. Tech was informative and courteous, we signed up on an annual maintenance service and will definitely be using them when it does come time to replace our system. Thanks again Precision!

Precision heating and cooling was excellent to work with. My parents have been customers for years for both routine maintenance and for repairs/replacements and have always been pleased with their service, so they were the logical choice when our AC stopped working. They were quick to identify the problem with our AC and offered multiple solutions. In the end, we chose to purchase a new AC and furnace. Jerry worked with us to help us find the best units for our condo at a reasonable price. The best part is they were able to do a next-day installation! We had a new hot water heater installed just over a year ago. When the pilot light wouldn’t stay lit we called Precision to come out and take a look and they fixed the problem right away. Great company to work with!

I have been using Precision for my home's heating and cooling system for many years. They have always been quick to respond and communicate, and they always provide their diagnosis and estimate of cost of parts, labor and services for what needs to be done. For my latest service call, Adolfo fixed my AC unit. He came on time and then he diagnosed and explained the issue to me, which was a blown capacitor on the blower motor. He replaced the part right after I agreed on the diagnosis and cost. He performed diagnostics after to verify the AC system is working and cooling my house. He was done in less than an hour.
