I cannot recommend this company highly enough. We have been Windy City customers for over a decade. They have provided amazing service for good value, year after year. All the furnaces, ACs, and water heaters in our four unit building were installed and are maintained exclusively by Windy City. We recently had an AC issue and it was resolved quickly, professionally, and at a very fair price. We are customers for life. Thanks Tom and crew.

We have been using Windy City Mechanical for regular clean check service of our 15 plus year old heating and cooling system. This year we used them for a new A/C , Heat furnace and humidifier installation in May 2023. They were the most affordable among all the quotes we had collected.Tom was very knowledgeable about the products.Tom and his team were very professional. They completed the installation as promised with new coils and all. They were very tidy and made sure they cleaned the work space once they completed the job. I highly recommend this company.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Windy City Mechanical. I needed a new furnace and whole house humidifier. Everything was done very professionally. They were careful and neat doing the work. They also helped correct a gas leak. Plus, they checked out my A/C at the same time. They were on time, professional, and very hard working. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I would definitely use them again.

Windy City Mechanical completed my A/C Install Wednesday March 31, 2021. We were very lucky to find Windy City Mechanical ; they were the ONLY company who was affordable . Tom was very knowledgeable about about products, services and this industry overall. Tom's team of professionals were prompt & proficient. Very neat work . Installed everything new coils, cage & box. I highly recommend this company. The service contract is well worth it!

When I called, I was surorised that the receptionist took the time to offer some basic tips on troubleshooting before scheduling my inspection, which would have lost them money if I could have fixed the problem myself.
When the tech, Dennis, arrived, he was pleasant, listened to my situation, and responded professionally. Faulty wiring needed to be replaced and the job was done well and in short order.
I could not ask for better service than I received!

We all know that anytime a furnace unit breaks down during winter, it’s a huge problem. Well, this company was recommended by a family member and they saved my day after another company was quoting thousands on the spot to get heat fixed on a night where weather was dropping to below zero. Tom and his team are exceptional and because of their care and dedication you better believe I’m buying new unit from them. Excellent team… well done!!!

You have to use Windy City Mechanical! They are quick to get out to your house. Everyone is professional and take the time to explain what they are doing and why. They cleaned everything up and let my property the same as they found it. They thanked me several times for my business. They were almost half the price of the other company I called.I highly recommend them!!!

My furnace wasn't working in December and I called Windy City Mechanical. A person not a machine answered the phone at their office. They took down my information and followed back up with me. They were able to send a technician out to my house the same day. The technician was professional and my impression was that he was experienced and knew his job well. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and pricing was w/i range. I would definitely use their services again.

A new install with CAC for a coach house. Outstanding service! Helped with placement of the condenser exactly as I wanted it and had a very reasonable price. It is a pleasure working with this company and also the owner!!!
