Ken Rylander came out to my home today and saved my and my families life with a pleasant attitude and a true diagnosis. Windy City gave me a great price to install my new high efficiency without delay. Ken is a true and honest, hardworking professional. Carbon monoxide was slowing leaking in my home. My heat exchange was cracked and my old furnace was installed twice the size I needed for my small home. Windy City hires the best employees like Ken.

I am very pleased and happy with the service that Windy City has provided. My air conditioner decided to die out on Monday. I called Tuesday morning and had a tech (Jackie) out within a couple of hours. Unfortunately, my compressor was shot on my 13 year old unit. I opted to go with a new unit and had same day installation within a matter of hours. I am so thankful and happy with the service that was provided. This place is great. My husband called Tom for an estimate for a new furnace and AC unit on a rehab we're working on. Tom came out and was great to talk to and easy to work with. He didn't waste our time with a bunch of BS sales pitches like we were getting from other people. He knows his stuff and was able to go through everything thoroughly. The house we've been working on sustained considerable water damage and required a total gut job and many of our initial timelines were pushed back meaning we had to continue to push back our timelines with Tom and the furnace and AC installation. Tom was great to work with, totally understood our situation and was with us every step of the way. The AC and furnace have been installed and we couldn't be happier. Everything went super smooth and we will absolutely use Windy City Mechanical for all future projects.

Update: we used them again and everything went perfectly. So great to have such a wonderful company that we can rely on.

I live in another state and they helped me repair my tenant’s heating with ease. Communication was clear and quick! Really a great group to work with - I plan to continue to use their services.

I first used Windy City Mechanical, Inc in December 2018 after purchasing our home for a heating inspection and they were very quick in coming over and inspecting our unit. Over a week ago i called them again for a 2nd opinion regarding my AC unit. It was confirmed and I decided to use W.C.M to replace both my AC and Furnace. Tom and his team of Jaime, Adam, Eric & Eric were great. They took their time to answer all my questions. Again the team was very efficient with install and clean up.

Happy Thanksgiving. The day before, I had a furnace install. The service technicians were Adam and Victor. They came on time as scheduled. Explained what they were going to do and got straight to business. Got the job done. Again, explained how the new furnace functioned, informed me of things I need to do in the future, cleaned up. These guys are top notch! They did an excellent job installing and providing us with the best service. We checked two different places, but used Windy City for their excellent customer service and professionalism! Fast and quick work! This company by far rate's a 5 star from the saleman Ken who was very thorough about installation price and if there were any questions my family had he was willing to come back out and explain GREAT JOB! JAMIE in office was awesome with returning phone calls, helping with pricing and following up after installation GREAT JOB!! Installers Victor and Adam were equally awesome i loved their thoroughness about the installation and clean up. BEST COMPANY I'VE DEALT WITH IN YEARS!!! AWESOME
