On the evening of July 1st, my 11 year old air condtioning system stopped working. I needed to get it repaired quickly so, I checked the South Suburban yellow pages for local 24 x 7 repair companies. I called 5 different companies and a technician from Windy City Mechanical, Inc. was the first to call me back and scheduled an appointment early today. Ken was the technician who came to diagnose and repair the issue. He provided me with all the information about the repairs and associated costs before any work was started. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and kept the work area clean. The company pricing was fair and I highly recommend Windy City Mechanical, Inc. to anyone who may need system repairs and/or system maintenance as they are offer GREAT service!

We replaced our water heater through this company. They were courteous, informative, and provided alternatives when possible. They were very careful with the removal and replacement of the water heater to ensure there was no damage to my home. We would definitely use their services again if needed.

Great service. Our central AC broke down on a Sunday afternoon and we called Windy City. They got us an appointment for the technician to check it out the following morning. This was for the second floor of our two-flat in the heat of summer and we needed it done as soon as possible. They came out later that day and replaced our old unit with the new air conditioning system. They were very courteous, answered all of our questions, and cleaned up everything after the work was completed.

Just had them replace my mom's A/C in Worth on Depot. Arrived on time for estimate and work and it was a great price. Technician was the same I had before and super polite. Like I said when I had them replace her furnace in Oct 2017, we would be using them again.

I've been using Windy City since 2010, and I've always been pleased with their service and trust them to take care of my HVAC equipment needs! My hot water tank died and they got me a new one right away,for reasonable price. Their service guys, especially Ken R., have always been courteous, pleasant, answer my questions and seem very knowledgable....I will stick with Windy City and have referred them to many neighbors and friends.

Fantastic! Furnace wasn't working right, but one call and we had their service rep here within two hours...on one of the coldest days so far this year. Quick diagnosis and efficient cleaning solved the problem perfectly! Great communication from their phone staff, even with a confirming call that they were on their way. We need more customer service like this! Thanks to our service tech Ken for an outstanding job, and for the company as a whole for being so responsive! I just had a new water heater installed. My old one was leaking and they came out right away to assess the problem. It was determined that I needed to replace the old water heater. The entire process was quick and they were mindful not to leave a mess. They put tarps down and were very careful. The guys doing the install were very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly.

My furnace went out Thursday night and when I woke up Friday morning it was 64 degrees in the house. I called Windy CIty Mechanical and they sent Tom out. He checked the furnace and got it started temporarily. He told me it could run or it could go back out. We were praying that it would run, it did not. I called back and spoke with Jamie and she got Tom and he returned. He got the furnace started again but he said he didn't know if it would continue. At this point I wanted a new furnace. He explained they were backed up but he would call the office to see what could be done. Long story short, they rearranged their scheduling and got me in the next day. The installers came within the window of time they had told me. They worked through the day from 9:30 A.M. to 5 P.M. They were thorough, courteous and explained everything to me and told me if I had any questions I could call. My nephew had come to visit while they were working and he flips houses. He took a look while they were working and he commended them on the job they were doing.
I had used them previously to install a water heater on an emergency basis. They were great then and they still are in my book.
I recommended them to a friend a month ago whose furnace had gone out and she praises them also.I give them 5 stars.

We chose Windy City Mechanical after getting several quotes. Best price, excellent service, and professionalism. Our A/C broke down in 95 degree temps. The next day we had high efficiency furnace and A/C installed by Windy City. Satisfied customer and excellent timing. Thank you Windy City.

Windy City Mechanical was 100% professional from the moment I called them at almost midnight, the night before the 4th of July, all the way up to the follow up call the day after they installed our new unit. The installation team were extremely polite, thorough and cleaned up after themselves. Even made sure my cat didn't escape when they went in and out of the house.
