I have been a long-time customer of Windy City Mechanical, Inc. and they always provide exceptional service every time they come to clean or fix issues with my heating and AC units. I just had two new AC units installed and as usual, Windy City Mechanical, Inc. did a great job - very professional and hard working crew! Thanks for the outstanding service!

This was my first experience with Windy City Mechanical, and they have been very responsive and professional. When my furnace started acting up, Dennis came out and gave a thorough and honest assessment regarding repairing or replacing it as well as my water heater. At the time I decided to go with another company to repair the furnace, but when it started acting up again and the water heater went out, I called Windy City to replace. Tom came out the next day to assess the situation and the installers were out first thing the day after that. It wasn't an easy task to get the old equipment out, but they got it out and the new in and I couldn't be happier. This is the company I will use going forward.

Had Furnace\AC combo installed on 5/1/2020. Installation was quick. Quality of Service was excellent. Adam & Victor were extremely professional.
The following week Adam, Victor, & Tom installed a tankless water heater. Installation was flawless and service was top-notch.
I would recommend Windy City Mechanical to anyone looking to install a Furnace, Air Conditioner, or water heater!

I just had a new air conditioning unit installed!
It feels fantastic to have air conditioning on this 90 degree day! On the day I called it was 93 degrees outside. Two places of business never returned my call, Windy City answered the phone and sent Ken out the next day. He was very helpful and professional. Victor and Adam installed the new unit. They were very efficient and helpful. Jamie handled the phone and communications, she is extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Windy City for heating and cooling needs!

The crew were knowledgeable. They did an excellent job of keeping my home clean and did a great job of explaining the work they completed and showing us how to maintain our new air conditioner. This was a nasty job replacing ducts and vents in a very tight crawl space. They had a positive attitude and laughed and joked with each other during the entire day of this enormous dirty project. I would highly recommend Windy City. Also the boss Tom stopped by and worked with them for a couple of hours. Not necessarily dressed for this dirty job he jumped right in. Water heater replacement: Tom provided excellent options and guidance on the appropriate water heater replacement, patiently explaining the various models available. I was quoted one day - installation was the next day! Adam and Dennis arrived on time and completed a very professional installation, including startup and cleanup. Recently I had a new furnace and AC installed by Windy City Mechanical. Everything from the time the installers arrived went better than expected. The installs took less time. Once the units were in - on a very hot day - day, my home quickly cooled to a comfortable temperature. Thank you, Adam and Eric! Kudos also to the the salesman, Ken, for recommending quality units that suited my needs. And to Jamie, the Office Manager for answering all of my questions when I phoned. Oh, I almost forgot, after install, the cleanup was perfect. Everything old (except yours truly) hauled away and the basement clean as a whistle. I highly recommend Windy City Mechanical!

Had Windy City come out on my new home to install new furnace and ac after my old unit wasn’t doing the job. They were recommended by my mother and sister who both had them come out and swap their units. They showed up early, explained everything they were doing and made sure to put on boot covers and face masks while on site to complete all work. They were professional and Adam made sure to answer any questions I had. Definitely would recommend to anyone in need.
