I have dealt with Tom and Windy City Mechanical for many years. This time my 23 year old furnace needed replacement. They got it done. I didn’t get robbed or feel violated like some contractors make you feel after service. Fair pricing, great service. Don’t hesitate to use them for any HVAC needs.

I couldn't have had a better experience with windy city. They came out to put a security cage on my central air unit outside my home. Which they did a wonderful job. But the night before i had another problem come up. My water heater went out that night before they came. I was just talking with the installer telling him about what happened that night. He said windy city does that too. We install water heaters. I made the call and in 30 minutes I had a new water heater being installed as well. I would like to thank Windy City Mechanical for coming to the rescue like that. They did a wonderful job and also gave me the best price i could ask for. Thank you guys. For a extraordinary job. I am more than satisfied. Thank you very much.

Tom, Dennis and Isaac arrived early - which is on time to me. They were well-organized, professional, and funny. It's so great to have HOT water again after they replaced our water heater. Our AC and Furnace run beautifully. We love the new thermostat. I would have liked to know how much dust would be left behind after the ducts were cleaned but I won't hold that against them. They are a great company! I sent a few emails with questions before the installation. Tom answered my emails within the same day.

They did a great job of helping me to understand what the problem was and how the repair would work. Found the lowest cost option for a real fix. Quick and professional.

Windy city mechanical was very responsive and readily available to send out a technician. Technician Dennis was assigned to my issue. He thoroughly checked every vent and tested every part of the A/C unit. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Windy City. I will be using them for any future issues I may encounter with my air and heating units.

My A/C went out on the hottest day of 2022. My in-laws passed along Windy City Mechanical's info. Glad they did. You installed a great new A/C and new furnace.
