For our 3rd opinion, Tom from Windy City Mechanical came out to inspect the AC Unit issues we were having and confirmed it needed to be replaced. He was very friendly, informative, and provided a reasonable and fair price. Service & installation was next day. Thank you and highly recommended!

Windy city old replace my old boiler with a new one, looks very nice, very quilet and safe. I am very satisfacte with the work they done.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about this company- I picked them from reviews two years ago knowing NOTHING about replacing a furnace/ air- they were super courteous from helping me choose the right units for my home and even explaining that the current air conditioning unit that was dead was actually bigger than what I was needing so I could save money downsizing!! Financing was easy and the install was done very timely and when it was convenient for me! Even had my vents cleaned during it -
Have had zero problems with both the air and new furnace and Ken comes twice a year for two years as part of our install and makes sure it's all good-

Ken is the best and at this point it's like a friend stopping by- he knows where everything is at and does a great job and I feel completely comfortable letting him have the run of my house while I get my son on/off the bus and get my own things done- he's very courteous and personable and his genuine respect for his boss and company is just another reason I know I made the right choice with Windy City-

The office staff is also great! Very helpful and patient when trying to work with my crazy schedule.

eight years ago I used Windy City Mechanical to replace my furnace, AC unit and water tank. I was so happy with Windy City Mechanical that I called them back just recently because I was having problems with my water tank. Once again I was not disappointed. They are all very nice and pleasant.

I knew my A/C unit was bad and needed replacement. I called after the holiday heat wave expecting to wait a couple days for an appointment, let alone service. Contacted Windy City Tuesday morning and had a completely new system installed by Wednesday afternoon at a fair price. Tyler the service tech was great and the whole process was effortless. Definitely will use them again

Adam and Wilmer installed our water heater today & were extremely prompt, professional, polite and courteous. They were careful of the surrounding area we just updated during the install and cleaned up afterwards. We've employed Windy City Mechanical previously for our furnace and air conditioner which was also a great job and warranted our patronage.

Recently needed a new furnace. I talked to Nicor repairman about several companies. I received numerous proposals. Windy City is very customer friendly and made the process super easy. Highly recommend Windy City Mechanical. From the initial contact for setting up an estimate on a new furnace to the installation, everything went smoothly. Staff is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. Installation was flawless with all paperwork filled out by their staff for all rebates and warranties.

Our split air and heating unit died on a Monday, Windy City Came out on a Tuesday, gave us a price, we reviewed other options and Set up an appointment for Thursday/Friday for the entire replacement. The team is courteous, honest, and very meticulous in their work and actions. They laid down drop cloths to avoid any damage to the floors and walls.

They kept us informed on the progress, and had to use a crane to load our unit onto the roof, all part of the initial included cost. no hidden fees, no extras, no nonsense.

I would give them 6 stars if that were possible.
WE could not be any happier with the recommendation on the unit, the power, and energy savings from our previous unit. These guys are outstanding.

Follow up: We had our unit a week and the office called to make sure everything was working right and to make sure we were happy. how is that for customer service!!!
