This was the normal annual A/C maintenance. All systems were professionally accessed and inspected and no faults or defects were identified so the system is good for this Summer. I am, as usual, fully satisfied with Precision Heating and Cooling and will continue to do business with them.

Call these folks! Amazing service!!! Precision's technician was THE BEST! He arrived on time, was courteous and VERY knowledgeable! After three previous (and well known!) HVAC companies could not determine the issue with my furnace, the Precision professional was able to assess and identify the problem in 15 just minutes. He was so professional! He reviewed his findings with me using clear and respectful language to ensure I understood and presented me with options to resolve the issue. On top of that, he shared his expert opinion about upgrading the thermostat and agreed to replace it on the same visit. He even went to pick it up for me - all the while respecting my time and working around my busy work schedule. Precision has restored my faith in finding talented HVAC folks who actually care about their customers, know their stuff and provide excellent service. Thank you!

Thermostat was not reading correct temp. Steve M. was the tech that came out to diagnose problem. Steve is the kind of tech that you want, he’s friendly and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable with him in my home. My lil pooch liked him too!

I contacted Precision Heating and Cooling due to my 21 year old furnace going out. The staff did not hesitate to assist me in finding and purchasing the right furnace and whole home humidifier that fit my budget. Upon installation, the staff arrived on time and went straight to work. After installation of my new furnace and humidifier, they throughly explained how to operate them both. My furnace that heats the upstairs was not working so I contacted Precision. A technician came out and determined my unit was in severe disrepair. He explained what occurred so I decided to get a new heating system . Jerry came out and gave me good price on the best Trane furnace with humidifier and the Nexia control system . The two technicians that came out were professional and friendly. They showed me the damaged part if my old furnace (it was substantial) and kept explaining the installation of my new furnace as they were going along. I’m extremely satisfied with the work done by Precision, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
