Came same day. Serviceman was very nice and listened to my ramblings. I have used this service in the past few years and never had a problem. I would have given 5 stars but I didn’t research the part price

Air conditioning was not working, set at 72 and 78 in the house! Called and asked for service and they informed me that they would be out in the morning. Due to health issues I asked if they could make it any sooner? Mind you, I did not call until after 3:30pm, and she informed of the rate due to the rush call. I gladly agreed as I knew I was lucky to get someone willing to come by instead of going home to their family after a long day. Aurelio called and let me know he would be here in 30 minutes and arrived promptly. He then went over my system and let me know what was happening. My condenser was freezing up due to being dirty. He cleaned everything and got us up and running in no time. He could of easily told me something was broken and I wouldn't have had a clue. Instead he was straight forward, honest, and courteous. A great technician that understands what service means! I could not be happier! Fantastic service!

We’ve been very happy with Precision for many years. We just recently had the air conditioner maintenance done and the technician Ken was very friendly, prompt, and professional. Having the maintenance done gives us peace of mind that our units are running properly and is well worth it. Our furnace and air conditioner was purchased and installed by Precision and we have always had great service.

The Precision team did a great job in quickly responding to our heating emergency when the existing furnace completely died on a day with high temperatures in the low 20s. Their tech showed up within two hours, diagnosed the issues and presented helpful options for us to decide how to proceed. Turns out our existing furnace was going to cost a lot to repair with uncertainty about how long the patch would last. We got a great deal on a new furnace that the Precision team installed the next morning. They worked closely with our home warranty to get us the best furnace at the best value. Great team, incredibly professional, super helpful, and really responsive to our needs and the timing. Very happy to have the heat back!

Adolfo tuned up my furnace and installed a new thermostat. He was friendly, courteous, professional informative and helpful. Very pleasant person. He was very neat and cleaned up. Good experience with Precision overall.

Excellent service! Tony was the only repairman who returned my call for AC repair on a Saturday morning. I’d been dealing with a broken unit for a couple of days and it was unbearable. Tony and his assistant were prompt, friendly, and were able to get my AC running quickly! They seem very knowledgeable and experienced. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat.

They did an excellent job. They even took the time to put down tarps in the areas where they were walking/working. Yes, I'd use them again.
