I have a rather old boiler, and the pilot light would not stay lit. I called for service and they sent Keith the next day. He realized I'd need a part, so it was ordered and he said he'd be back in 2 days to repair. Good to his word - he showed up with the new part, installed it, made sure everything was working and explained a lot to me. I really appreciate having had someone come out quickly, assess and complete quickly. Totally recommend

I recently had my furnace checked for the winter. The technician, Aldolfo, thoroughly checked and cleaned my furnace. He then took the time to go over the various readings and temp outputs/inputs. I learned a lot just from my furnace cleaning. He was very courteous and made sure the work area was clean. I will definitely use Precision again for my heating and cooling.

I called Precision because I was looking for a new HVAC company. Adolfo did a great job cleaning my furnace and along with Ralph, they installed a new thermostat. I am pleased with how they completed the job and their professionalism.

DAMAGE My Circuit board! Will not recommend! My unit was scheduled for a simple yearly maintenance check. They sent the technician Adolfo by the time he left my furnace was no longer functioning, after having him try to bring it back to its responsive state ( more than 2 hours connecting & disconnecting parts) w/ no luck. Spoke to owner Jerry to try help resolve the problem & take Accountability for their mistake also with no luck. Later I contacted a New company , took technician TWO Minutes to resolve the issue and confirm Adolfo had damaged my Circuit Board. Not to mentioned, New technician confirmed I was also given incorrect information-the Wrong Age of my furnace!! How can you trust a "Professional" who cant even tell you the CORRECT age of your unit!!!! Never again using this company -- HIRE AT YOUR OWN RISK!
