Tony was awesome! We were able to diagnose the issue over the phone and he had a quick solution ready to go upon arrival. He was extremely knowledgeable and even shared a few tips on how to avoid a similar issue in the future. As a newer home owner, I couldn’t be more grateful to have found such good service in the middle of a heat wave ☺️

I contacted them regarding a heating issue where the heat was completely down for the whole building. They responded very quickly and understood my concerns with the weather, and for the tenants who had no heat. Tony identified the issue quickly and kept me in the loop with communication the whole time. He got the heating system back on line and was reasonably priced. They didn't take advantage of our situation and price us an exorbitant amount to fix the heating system.

Kim provided excellent customer service when scheduling my appointment and Tony from maintenance was very thorough and professional when he called to advise of the issues with my unit. I called this morning, and they were able to get a technician out today. Aurelio was knowledgeable, and walked me thru each step in the process. My capacitor went out, and he finished the repairs in no time! Thank you so much for your professionalism and work! I will definitely use them for any future services needed.

I have worked with Precision in the past and actually use them to service my own home. They are quick, efficient, reliable, affordable, and professional. In July my HWT ruptured on a Sunday (of course), they were at my home within an hour to quote me and they came back out on Monday and replaced it. When I had a question about my invoice, Erin was extremely patient with me. She answered all of my questions, and made the payment process a breeze.

I made an apt on a Friday morning to have my mini split looked at. I told the girl on the phone I installed it and it’s leaking 410a out of one of the flare connections. The connections will need to be checked and 410a reapplied. She knew I was new because she had to take down all my info.

The scheduled day was Tuesday for repairs but nobody showed up. I called and after being transferred twice talked to I believe Tony saying he called me the day before. No voicemail! Saying he don’t want to work on a botched job because he didn’t install it he has enough problems on his own equipment. He don’t want to be married to this one. Funny thing is nobody knows what the install looks like and in fact I went so far has to pouring my own concrete slab for the outside compressor when is prob above and beyond what he would of done for his expensive install that he can be married to. He also claimed he won’t want to be responsible for the equipment but I’m sure he is aware once you diy install you lose factory warranty so it really is irrelevant. If you don’t want to work on jobs like that fine but train your staff because an apt never should of been made.

IMO inexperience is at play with this installer/company because he asked how do I know how much 410a it takes.

I called three other companies after this one and all three were willing to work on a mini split they did not install. So I had to make another appointment with another company and sit in this hot house.

Also this company lost future business with me because I will need to replace my whole house unit next year. Ha

Adolfo serviced my A/C unit for the season and I appreciated the fact that he was on time, professional, shared with me the specifics of the unit and the stats. Everything’s working perfectly! He made me feel comfortable which really matters to me because sometimes service men can make a homeowner feel uneasy but Adolfo was great. Thank you. Highly recommended.

I had the dreaded evening of a furnace that stopped working on a Sunday with a high of 20 degrees. I called Precision and Tony graciously walked me through some simple diagnostics to see if we could get my furnace to kick on for the night so I could wait until tomorrow to have someone come out, and avoid the emergency service fee. Unfortunately we weren’t able to get it working but a technician was able to come out within an hour. Mark diagnosed the problem quickly and got my heat restored. Extremely grateful for Precision, their professionalism and timely response was fantastic.

The tech Jose who came out to do the service was nice, polite and suggested really good recommendations that will help us in maintaining our heating system well. He took his time to make sure that he didn’t miss anything.
