Absolutely FANTASTIC! Top notch service from making the service call, to a tech showing up ( I knew what the problem was already) and confirming the diagnosis, to Jerry coming out for an estimate, to installation....ALL IN A TWO DAY PERIOD!!!! Jerry came out for estimate a 5 pm on Thursday, new unit installed before noon the NEXT DAY!!! The tech even helped reprogram my Nest thermostats for my humidistats! Absolutely flawless execution for customer service, follow up, communication and installation. Recommend them without hesitation!

service was great from time they sent person to check old heater. they were here within 30 mins only to find that my heater was shot; then had someone here within 1 hour to set up for a new one they had it here and replaced in 5 hour and the old one gone. now have a new one and it warm in the house again at a reasonable price thanks again to all the crew will have no problems telling family and friends they are the ones to use

Very very unprofessional mechanic he don’t know what he was doing and they charge lot of money ..don’t waste your money with this company I had very very bad service from there …very unprofessional employees..the technician told me he will charge $5450 some dollars for the compressor for my walk in freezer and he charge for $ 306 for and hour and half he wasting the lot of time and I call an other company they fix my freezer same day for only $500. think how much they cheating peoples..

I am a new customer and have used Precision Heating to remove Aprilaire Humidifier and a hot water tank. Very pleasant experience. Prices reasonable and within industry average, employees very easy to deal with, service technicians thorough, efficient and honest. Was easy to schedule service and the technician showed up when promised.

Aurillo did a really great job with our furnace, he noticed we had some remodeling done based on the dust content inside the system itself. We had the vents cleaned before we moved in. He cleaned the whole thing for us, took great before and after photos to show his work. He talked to us about maintenance contracts, and how to save some money.

Would recommend and we are using them again!
