Coolray Heating & Air Conditioning

Please don’t use coolray! I’m an investor and I purchased two air conditioning units through them for two of my properties. My third property needed a unit fixed and they told me it was the dan and it cost $1000 just for labor! I called Cool Air and they came out and replaced the control panel which was causing the fan not to work. They charged me $450 for labor. Coolray is ripping people off and misdiagnosing. Cool air partners with Costco and gives you a costco discount of about $2,000 on a unit I wasn’t aware of.

Zero experience dealing with HVAC issues prior to this, so no clue is the pricing was competitive, BUT the service was great and kept us and our 3 kids under 3 from sleeping with no AC in the middle of summer. Forever grateful for that!

The service was excellent from Randy Chastain, I had A/C tuneup. Randy explained everything in simple terms. He took pictures of everything... He was polite, respectful, professional and attentive I highly recommend him for A/C service

Excellent Service delivered by a very kind and professional Technician named Raffaele. He was so good that I have signed on to have him do all the upcoming maintenance on my unit.

Our a/c just suddenly stopped working. We have only been in our new home for a very short period. He explained to us the reason why & proceeded to fix it in which he did.

I was very pleased with the professionalism & thorough work provided by Jeff Singleton & Ian Robb, to resolve my electric hot water heater issue.

The old unit was removed & replaced with a new one. Jeff also made sure I understood the process of replacing it & also mentioned to keep the new unit working better to flush it out yearly.

Guys showed up at 930 and worked till 7 they removed my broken AC unit and replaced with a new one. Now new AC systems are not cheap but I would recommend CoolRay for professionalism, quality and speed of service.

Eduardo let us know when he was on the way, and was on time. He was quick to the point to find the issue and had the replacement capacitor in his truck.

Darren P. Came to service our unit by appointment. He called to let me know he was on his way. He was right on time and he was very respectful of my home and time. He was very professional.
He check my programmable thermostat and replaced the backup batteries for me. He replaced the furnace filter and showed me pictures of what he checked.
He was thorough in his explanations of my system insuring that I understood everything.
