I've used Cool Ray for years. Our service experience has always been good. Our tech for HVAC this spring, John, did a fine job of inspection and maintenance and answering my questions about our relatively new system.

Milton was the tech that came to do my service and while any other tech I’ve had in the past had been good, Milton definitely stood out! Was so courteous and polite and since I’m going to need to a couple of repairs in the future, explained them in great detail, helping me to plan and budget and prioritize. I just felt like he wasn’t being pushy whatsoever and even got me scheduled for a Free Britebox inspection! He is a great asset to the Coolray team!

Rollin and Ricky were really exceptional. Very prompt and efficient, both did a fantastic job and yet were very informative and courteous, taking the time to explain everything in detail. I'd like to request that either Rollin or Ricky come back when it's time for my bi-annual maintenance. I would recommend that anyone thinking of having a system installed by Coolray, request the Rollin & Ricky team.

I cannot say enough about Coolray for my HVAC service. I was about to buy a new heating/air system from another vendor, when I decided to ask coolray for a quote. The salesman came out and showed me a LOT about the competitor's quote, and saved me almost $2000. Since then, I have been under a maintenance agreement that covers pretty much everything, and they have been VERY responsive. Look no further, you won't be disappointed, Highly recommend!

Poor customer service from the technician, felt like I was irritating him when asking questions, did not put back ceiling tile when done, put the vent in the wrong spot and was way over priced! I regret signing up for the maintenance package for the savings on additional services. Will not be using again or recommending!

told me my capacitor was a specialty item no longer made but they can modify one for it. WELLL it can be bought on Amazon for 50.00 and the other company I am having fix all this said 35.00 for them... He charged me %500 over price. Wanted 104.76 per lb for freon. and somehow a leak that wasn't there before showed up in plain sight where i know it wasn't before the capacitor went out. My face had been right there when i was cleaning the coils and the leak is on the back side of intake pipe coming up in front of it and spraying backwards. which saw as soon as the other company did a fill test, i had declined coolray to fill at those prices and just from having a hinky feeling about him. my place is going up for sale and all of sudden a system that was blowing cold when the capacitor went out had was EMPTY that i could just do a gas and go and let the new owners deal with leak because it would be way to expensive for him to find the leak. YEEAAAA IF i was dishonest and did that that HUGE blowing out leak would been found and then i would have been charged to fix that at i am sure another %500 mark up and charged another charge or freon. Other company is charging half the price to fix leak and fill...

Mom was quoted 2000 dollars to repair her furnace blower motor, and a capacitor. Then they suggested a salesman come out to give a quote for a new system. That was 16,000 dollars.I got a second opinion for her and we went over and did a proper diagnostic that I paid for. When the blower motor is shot it won’t blow. It did. Che checked all the components and it was just the filter. Christ. I’m sure they do good work… but some is certainly unnecessary… get more than one opinion.

I’m grateful for Ken’s candor on what needed to be fixed and what didn’t, the best way to approach maintenance, and his friendly demeanor. We will specifically request Ken for each of our biannual maintenance visits. Also, way more affordable than our previous HVAC maintenance company.
