Excellent technician, very nice and knowledgeable. The same $280 part seems to keep breaking...and they offered to install a surge protector for $500+. They'll fix it alright but it'll cost ya

It did take them 10 days but they did the best they could and it was a rough week with a cold snap in the spring. But if they didn't tell me that my heater was about to explode we would of had a massive fire. But I am glad my family is safe and my 13 month daughter isn't breathing in monoxide so we are quite thankful for them helping us got. Plus even after the new system shut us off afterwards they came out in 2 days to fix it. Great service

Brandon called beforehand and arrived on time. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. He explained every step and responded to questions succinctly. This is an example of extremely good customer service.

Nikolas was one of the best technicians we have had here. Unknown to us the air conditioning was overcharged. Probably since it was put in 5 years ago. He checked the system and tried a few different methods to reduce the charge. I signed up for a service agreement because they figured out a problem we had since we moved in. He was sensitive to all concerns, answered all questions, and took pictures to explain location and how to replace attic heat pump filter.
