I had an issue with my heat pump, and I used Cool Ray’s app to schedule an appointment. They showed up on time, and their tech was highly professional and helpful. He got my issue resolved, and he showed me the problem before correcting it. There were no secrets or hidden fees. They resolved my issue and were incredibly professional. I have never used this company before, so I did not know what to expect, but they have a customer for life now. Thank you for treating me well and fixing my issue. We have heat again, and the issue identified which could have caused a house fire has been resolved, so thank you!!

Excellent team for installation to replace existing heating and A/C. Jamie, Landon, Darnell & Jeremiah did an outstanding job. There were friendly, very detailed and worked as a cohesive team. They arrived early, which was fine, and got right to work. They explained what they were doing when I asked questions and made sure everything was completed correctly. The duct work repair was great. I have been dealing with AC issues for 2 weeks. I used another company first and it was the worst experience I have ever had with them. So I made the switch and I can confidently say I am never switching back. The technician was so friendly and with me not really knowing what was happening with the unit, he was able to figure it out in less than 15 minutes. It ended up being an issue with the thermostat and he was able to rewire and set up the new one in such a short time ! He also recharged my unit as well. He was efficient and even asked us about the vacation we just took. It’s that small approach that made such a huge difference with me ! For the new thermostat/electrical require and recharge it was just under $400 which seems like a lot but I’m not sure what the average cost goes for. I was willing to pay whatever to get the Unit finally working. 10/10 would recommend using Coolray! I’m

The guys came out and installed a new air conditioner unit and reworked my complete heating unit.. These guys knew what they were doing. Very professional, very nice and explained what they were doing and walked me through it when they were finished. They replaced the fuse panel and re located the control outside. I love the thermostat they replaced very simple but very up to date. I cannot say enough good things about this company. There salesman was super great and explained all the paper work to me and made buying the units so easy, no pressure and very professional. I have use them in the past for minor repairs and every time they come out its like seeing a friend again. More large companies could take lessons from them. The cost was actually lower that i thought it would be which is great and they did not cut corners. A few day after our units were installed i came home to a package on the front porch. When i opened it was a very nice lunch box full of cookies. SO NICE>

First experience with Coolray was a great one. On time as promised. Technician was professional, took great care in cleanliness, communicative, and provided lots of needed advice. I have been looking for a new hvac service company and was completely satisfied.

Technician arrived well within the scheduled time window. He was very professional, very knowledgeable, and very efficient. He alerted me to a service repair issue and asked if I wanted it fixed. I agreed. He never told me it would cost $500, and that was after the 15% discount for having a service agreement with Coolray. I'm assuming everything was done well and efficiently. My biggest complaint is the cost. The technician also offered to install a new thermostat, including new wiring, for another $500 or so which I declined. And that was a break given the wire didn't have to travel very far.

Quick and professional service with both customer service and the technician. Ability to speak with a representative on a Sunday regarding a furnace issue. Excellent response and follow-up from customer service after the unit was repaired. Highly recommend their service.

I purchased an annual maintenance contract and it was the best decision ever! They contacted me well in advance to schedule visit, contacted me with reminders and a firm ETA on appointment date. I have a dedicated technician plus the confirmation included his photo which was reassuring. I’m confident in information received and didn’t hesitate to do recommended repairs.
