Very honest business. After a reapir is done, they will fix it for free if you have the same issue. Everyone from Ragsdale is professional and kind. I rely on Ragsdale for electrical, plumbing, and Hvac issues. It would be perfect if they do the garage door installation and maintenance too.

We called Ragsdale because we had issues with our sink and dishwasher and the sent out Chris the next day! He came out and was very professional. Found what he believed to be the issue, and best of all not over selling us on buying new products. He was very honest and told me what to look out for from my current issues. I totally recommend them!

Great service. Ragsdale replaced 2 full hvac systems and a hot water heater in our home we bought recently (everything was 21 years old) price couldn’t be beat and systems are wonderful. I recommend to everyone. All technicians that have come to my home for routine cleaning/maintain systems and they are always courteous and knowledgeable. Once the third system in my house needs to be replaced they will also do that one.

Amazing experience. They give you a 4 hour window and then call you when they’re headed your way as well as give you tracking to where your serviceman is so that you can track them in real time when they are on the way. The repairs were done quickly and efficiently and my serviceman, Cameron, was extremely nice and a pleasure to work with. Can’t recommend them enough!

Cameron came by the day after New Years, a holiday, and installed new copper on our water heater, after a hose had blown off. Great job, quick and professional, and we’ll use him again.
