Marcus N was EXCELLENT! I have used CooRay before but never got the quality service I received from Marcus. He took pictures and videos of everything he did. I was so pleased that I asked him to be my regular maintenance person! COOL-RAY he deserves a RAISE!! He could teach teach the class of quality care and customer satisfaction! The technician who came and serviced my AC and heating unit was quite knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything he was doing and what it meant in great detail. My system is 22 years old and is in need of replacement and the technician also assisted me in getting a quote appointment set-up. Cool Ray will be submitting a quote and I will be seeking a few more quotes (because that's simply the smart thing to do). Who knows, I may actually end up securing Cool Ray to do the job and it was good that their technician was so professional in how he handled the initial service call.

The service technician (Issouf B.) was one of the most professional and honest service techs I’ve ever met. I had a significant fear that a corrupt service tech would come out and intentionally ruin my A/C just to upsell me on a new system; but he truly came out in May’23, discovered and fixed the minor issue with my current system, and it has been running great since. If all Coolray techs are this knowledgeable and honest, you will be the only company I choose to service my A/C for the rest of my days here in the Atlanta area. I might even add a 3rd unit for basement and replace my soft ducts with Aluminum ducts with you as well. Great Job! (Woodstock, GA)

We were able to set an appointment for AC service for the next day. The service tech showed up on time and was very professional. He explained the process and got at it. We were so impressed we purchased a maintenance plan. Would recommend Coolray for your heating and AC needs.

Tony's shared new info with me about the functioning of my air handler and heat pump that was helpful. As a result, I decided to replace my very old and dated unit with something more efficient that would also improve the air quality in my home! Nicholas & Thao were persistent, working too late in the evening to ensure the installation after running into a problem due to wiring in my condo. I appreciate their positive attitude and work ethic!

The technician, Edwin, was on time and extremely professional. He explained exactly what he was going to do. Edwin was very knowledgeable and answered all questions I had about my AC unit. He made repairs and offered advice about how to keep my unit in good condition. He was neat and efficient. Great asset to the Cool Ray company. I really appreciated his work ethic. Edouard Valentin is a highly trained professional skilled in all aspects of multi level High-Rise HVAC systems. In Atlanta it is very difficult to find someone with his experience. Our system was serviced, drain lines flushed, auto shut off tested. Roof system was tested.

I was amazed at the turnaround time from the time I called to make an appointment to the time that the tech came out - less than 24 hours. The tech, Mr. Lorren, was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about his work. He took the time to light my pilot light and advised as to some issues that will need attention in the near future.
