This company is owned by an industry expert who has been servicing Residential and Commercial HVAC units for over 30 years. Greg Scarangello and his team are prompt, professional, and thorough. All that you could ask for in an HVAC company. Excellent consultations and not pushy at all. Perfect service and high quality workmanship. His team cares about their work and cleans up after themselves properly.

Personally, I've had them fix my AC when it died during the early summer (minor problem) and replace my furnace, water heater, and professionally install a portable AC unit into a server room. All of it was reasonably priced and the work completed properly. No complaints!

2023 January update:
We had a small gas leak from our fireplace and asked them to help. I was immediately scheduled for a few days later and Kevin showed up on time and took care of the problem quickly. I expected nothing less, as Kevin was the person who had previously worked on my AC system. Bravo!

2023 April update:
I had them come back to install an integrated dehumidifier in our home, and they did so expertly. The space for the unit was rather cramped, and their two techs did an excellent job in keeping the space tidy while completing the install in short order. I place high value in tidiness of wiring and ducting, and they did a great job in keeping it all clean. They also took care to make sure all of the ducting and wiring was secure and out of the way. Much appreciated, again!

I lost heat in our crazy cold spell. I texted Scarangello around 6:30am. They texted right back and had Kevin here around 9ish. Drain pipes frozen, Kevin found a way to fix and get heat running again. Less than 1 hour! I had never previously used Scarangello, they will now be my new HVAC company. I plan to setup a maintenance plan with them.
