They were prompt and knew exactly what the problem was, unlike the other company.

I discovered my AC was out at 6 PM Thursday. I texted Scarangello at 6:30 PM. At 6:45 PM they responded that they would be at my house at 8:30 AM Friday. They were, and found and fixed the problem quickly.
