Do not spend one penny on this extremely unprofessional company. Call everyone else in the state first. Too incompetent to schedule the inspection the same day as the installation and too rude and unprofessional to narrow the inspection time frame to any less than "all day" because once the credit check clears they have no reason to treat their customers with respect any longer. The reply is here is a lie. The issue is the incompetent, rude and unprofessional front office personnel. Ask a question to one dummy, he sends you a 3 paragraph short story that fail to answer the question. Ask someone else a question and she cowardly refuses to answer a simple yes or no question. You can do much better than these fools and I suggest you do.

Friendly tech who explained his work in layman's terms. I had taken out a service contract that covered two service calls, but then I moved out of state after one call. Coolray quickly reimbursed me for the unused service.

Found this company from a compliemtary cleaning at Home Depot. They came out for a repair on a capacitor and cleaning. Seemed normal. Took 3 hours to do then my unit was making a loud scraping noise. I refused to let him leave with this issue taking place. Took my entire unit apart again for an additional 2 hours now. I heard the man call someone and starting hamming on my unit to put it back together. Charged me $1400.
A/C unit wasn't blowing two months later, called them back again and tried to charge me another $1300 for a new fan. We got a second opinion and found out Coolray didn't put my unit back together correctly and it burnt out the wheels and fan in two months. The new company confirmed it was missing screws and all beat up. All they will do is upsell and send out incompient workers. Don't waste your time. Working on my dispute now. Coolray will not call me back.

They were very clean, they explained everything and helped me set up my phone app and showed me how to control the system. I am very pleased with the level of service that I received. Kevin Meadows' deep knowledge of the subject matter, and diagnostic abilities allowed him to zero-in on the relay that was causing my heat pump to run continuously, and repair it decisively with a small part replacement. Scheduled an appointment for today in our new home that this company installed one of the 3 HVAC units. Wanted to get all 3 units serviced as well as putting a UV sterilizer in 2 of the units. Appointment was for between 8 and 12 I get a call 15 minutes before the deadline and I speak back with the technician letting me know hes going to go grab a bite to eat and be here in a little while. I understand everyone needs a lunch however it would have been nice for at least a call or text before wasting the entire first half of our day. Needless to say I said don't worry about it I will call someone else.
