I was quite dissatisfied with the service provided. Around three months ago, my AC unit began making a rattling noise, which prompted me to seek assistance from a Coolray technician. However, despite their intervention, the noise persisted, and eventually, the entire unit ceased to function. It was later discovered that the problem lay with the blower fan and motor, which I had resolved by engaging the services of Airtron.

I bought a new unit for my house last September and it hasn’t worked properly since it was installed. They have been out to my house every month sometimes a few times a month and it’s still not working properly it is now may and they just came out yesterday and today it’s still not cooling I’m just ready for them to take it out of my house and get some other hvac company to install a unit that actually works it’s 69 degrees outside and 78 degrees in my house 👎

If I could give negative stars I would. I explained the job and was told they could handle it. They scheduled the appointment and were late so I called. I was told the appointment was rescheduled... well by who I am the client and no one informed me. The tech was also late to the rescheduled appointment. He was supposed to call me while on the job but never did. I even asked for the tech to specifically give me a call to which he put in his report that he did but it's not true. They had the tenant sign the paperwork and sent me a report stating they don't do those kinds of jobs but not what I was told or what the tenant was told. I received a bill for the service visit. Fortunately when I called billing they discounted the bill by 50%. I ignored the bad reviews so shame on me. I will never call this service again for any of my properties.

Eric and his team went above and beyond for us. They arrived when scheduled, explained what was going on at each step and stayed late and finished our job so we wouldn't be without heat. They cleaned up so well that it was impossible to tell they had even been there; except for the new HVAC unit!! I would highly recommend the Coolray team!!

Our unit stopped cooling. First thought was a bad capacitor. That was roled out and the mystery developed. The tech, Clay was awesome walking myself through the diagnosis process. The tech and his management were very supportive of our circumstance. Honestly, this is the best service I've had with any tech of any field. Clay knows his trade and counts in the customer at all times.
