Jeff Johnson did an amazing job! He was very polite and professional throughout his time at my home. He was knowledgeable about my units and also offered suggestions for other services I might be interested in and could benefit from which Coolray offers. He explained everything well and I hope he comes back the next time we have a service request.

I found cool ray through the Home Depot stand . I had them come out to give me estimates on my AC units Sue to them failing “ they are the Lennox units with all the coil issues “ I got my estimates and ironic one of my units failed . Coolray Rep Mike came out gave me estimate and had unit installed tue next day !!! The technician grouo Alex and John were amazing they had the unit installed in 4 hours … maybe would have Been sooner but the air handler was damaged and the tech went to warehouse to get a new one !!! Overall 5 star service and pricing

very professional, responsive service and a very good value! the crew that came to the house were on time, informed me of each step and took special care to clean up and go over all of the equipment installed! i highly recommend this company!

Home Depot tune-up $29 special with Coolray air conditioning Company in Montgomery, AL was negative. Coolray technician Ryan Smith did not follow up as promised. The $29 tune-up times 2 ($58) turned into $374.00 for other charges. A receipt for work performance and a follow-up to replace filters that were not on the truck did not take place after several attempts to the store and to talk with a manager.

We set a tune up schedule through Home Depot deal. A guy name "Troy Walter" came to provide the service of tune up. He was trying to charge me their regular fee and saying he doesn't know what home Depot said to us. I showed him the paper from home Depot. He keep urging that his system is showing and he is charging what is boss told to him. Very unprofessional. So, don't go with them. Some of our friends are going to cancel their appointment of tune up soon.

John was very helpful and kind. He was knowledgeable and let us know our options on any repairs he thought might be needed in the future. We would definitely recommend using Coolray again.
