They came and stayed 13 hours but were not able to replace the drop ceiling they had taken down. They left with the air working very will but a big hole in my office ceiling. Also they had lots of trouble getting the air handler into place suspended from the concrete rafters. They needed a lift to get the unit in place. They tried their best but it was a difficult task without the proper lift. Also the filter they put in was the wrong size.

Always top flight courteous service. Recent upgrade on ac systems went without a hitch. Installation team was great. Worked hard, made sure work areas and access to the areas were protected from wear and provided detail instruction on the new products. We couldn’t be happier with new systems and the team.

Justin, Lamar, Bryan, and Lam were great start to finish with our new HVAC system. Great team, super nice, everyone worked quickly and knew what they were talking about. Anytime I had a question, someone had the correct answer. The price for a complete replacement and the warranty is fantastic.

Loshane did a great job reviewing the possible solutions to our electrical issues, but ultimately that proposal was too expensive. Not at all a ding on him, he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful about the problems.

I recently had a distressing encounter with Coolray Heating and Air that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. Their technician visited my house to examine my HVAC units, but it quickly became evident that he had no idea what he was doing. This lack of expertise and professionalism marred the entire experience.

Upon arrival, the technician spent a mere 30 minutes examining my units before delivering his assessment. He informed me that both units were facing significant issues—one with a broken compressor and the other with a faulty sensor. He estimated the cost of repairs to be a staggering $10,000 or more. Naturally, I was taken aback by the enormity of the proposed repair bill.

However, not willing to accept this diagnosis without seeking a second opinion, I decided to consult another vendor. To my utmost relief, the second opinion revealed a completely different story. The problem was far from what Coolray Heating and Air had suggested. In reality, the units simply lacked power, causing them to fail to turn on. This discovery highlighted the technician's incompetence and raised serious doubts about the reliability of Coolray's service.

Such an experience is unacceptable, especially when dealing with essential home appliances like heating and air conditioning. It not only wasted my time but also generated unnecessary stress and anxiety. Coolray Heating and Air's technician demonstrated a lack of knowledge and expertise, leaving me with a sense of doubt and skepticism about their overall credibility.

I strongly caution against relying on Coolray Heating and Air for your heating and air conditioning needs. Their inability to diagnose a simple power issue raises serious concerns about their competence and professionalism. In an industry where trust and reliability are paramount, my encounter with this company fell far short of my expectations.

I hope that this review serves as a warning to others who might be considering Coolray Heating and Air for their HVAC requirements. It is crucial to thoroughly research and seek multiple opinions before entrusting your home and wallet to any service provider. Unfortunately, my personal experience leads me to discourage any association with Coolray Heating and Air.

Ken Oliver, Insulation Sales, came to my house on Thursday, March 2nd. There was some confusion and miscommunication. He was scheduled to come to give me a quote for adding insulation, and I thought that he was coming to repair or replace the attic stairs because they were broken and hanging down. This was the situation for a couple of days so I was upset with this because I have a cat and had no way to secure the stairs to prevent her from going into the attic. Before Ken left he performed a "field expedient repair" to the point that they are functional but mostly to the point that I can raise the stairs to prevent my cat from going into the attic to explore.

I want to thank Ken for "Going the Extra Mile" to remedy the situation. I have been a customer of CoolRay for over 40 years and remain a satisfied customer.

CoolRay is coming next Monday morning to install a new HVAC system for the downstairs area and new Attic Stairs. Ken gave me a quote for a new attic power vent and additional insulation, and we will discuss this in detail early next week.

It is refreshing to see that there a still people like Ken who understand customer service and how to keep us loyal customers.

Juan and his partner were extremely knowledgeable about what was wrong with my system, and they quickly repaired it. They showed me what the problem was and explained in detail how they would repair it.

Both were polite and friendly, and they answered all of my questions. I would recommend Coolray and Juan’s team for any repair.
