Reliable Heating & Air, Plumbing and Electrical

Brent Weiss was our consultant and did an excellent job laying out all the options and plans that fit our budget. There was 0 pressure to sign anything on our initial consult and he answered every question I had regarding the proces and equipment we were interested in. 100% recommend. Our install team were also excellent. Matt was our installer and had the extreme difficulty of doing alot of the work in a heavy rain. He and his apprentice made extra care to protect our home while they had to come in and out of the home. They did great work and would 100% recommend them as well.

I thought this was a good company but I was sooooo wrong!!! They did shoddy work! The wire are exposed and not up to code. They left a bunch of trash and equipment of the roof. And the Unit is NOT WORKING!!!! They have know for 4 days that there is an issue and still no one has come. I spent $17,000 on this job and I have no cool air! If this this is what you want I recommend Reliable Heating and Air :-)

The old Lennox unit died on me after 13 years. I reached out to about 5 vendors and got quotes. Reliable was by far the fastest to respond and immediately sent a comfort advisor to my home (Mike Prater). Mike was knowledgeable, professional, concise and also identified things that I didn't know I needed to get done. ( I researched after Mike left to check if the changes were really needed and they were indeed required). There was no pressure to sign, no upselling and most importantly, he did not trash talk his competitors like the some of the others did.

The quote itself was extremely competitive and pricing was on point for a brand new Trane system which is considered one of the best in the industry. The quote had a few technical terms unfamiliar to me but Mike patiently explained all of them to me.

I signed the quote on a Monday at 4:30 PM and the install crew was at my home on Tuesday at 7 AM and ready to go. The install lead, Jeff Daniels (no, not the movie star 🤣 but i am gonna tell my friends that Jeff Daniels installed my HVAC) was extremely knowledgeable, knew what he was doing, patiently answered most of my dumb questions, explained to me that furnaces do not blow up like they show in movies and overall this guy knew his stuff and you can tell that he has done this a million times before. He took care of my flooring when moving the heavy equipment and cleaned up really well after he was done. They installed a smart thermostat which was really easy to configure as well and my entire family was thankful for the new furnace.

Overall Experience : These guys know what they are doing. The company has their digital technology on point. I was able to interact with them digitally, setup my appointment and then Mike Prater showed up ! No long phone waits, etc. If every team of Advisor / Installer at Reliable is like Mike Prater and Jeff Daniels then I can assure you that you probably don't need to look elsewhere.

By the way, Jeff daniels looked at my other systems as well and helped setup a drain pan cutoff as well. No hesitations. Just did it because he could. Speaks highly of his work ethic.

I can't say enough good things about the quality of service provided by Trey and Travis with Reliable. We had a nightmare scenario with a dishwasher install that required several trips out to look at a bunch of issues and some additional, unexpected plumbing work.

Throughout it all Reliable was...Reliable! Travis handled our install and was quick, clean, and efficient - while Trey, who'd been out to our condo previously, went above and beyond and provided insight on how to shut off the water despite it not being his call that day.

While we hope not to have any plumbing or electrical issues in the near future, if something does pops up we'll definitely go with Reliable!

Our 23 year old ac went out and after an emergency fix with another company, we called reliable air for a free quote to replace the unit. Roy showed up two hours later, and after a thorough inspection of the unit, provided an easy to understand proposal on our options. Both beat out the pricing of the other company. Within an hour of the visit we decided to go with their monthly package. Roy had us signed up, work scheduled and agreement signed within the next hour. By far the smoothest transaction I’ve faced during our very hectic new move! And Roy was patient and also helpful with tips on our new hometown! The pricing is affordable and the service is true hometown hospitality!

We have been using Reliable Heating & Air for many years for hvac, electrical & plumbing repairs. Our AC was in need of replacement, Anthony came out same day to give us an estimate. Happy we didn’t have to wait days in July to receive service. We have found all technicians to be on time, knowledgeable & trustworthy.

What else can I say; Greg saved the day! From the moment Greg stepped foot into our home, we knew we were going to be taken care of. Our HVAC went out on Fathers Day night, and we called multiple companies to come give us a quote. Greg showed up and we quickly forgot the others. His expertise and detailed quote was exactly what we were looking for. We like the "White glove" kind of service, boy did he deliver. We got exactly what we needed, and they installed it next day exactly as promised. The install was only a few short hours, and they arrived and left exactly on time. Everything was clean and the attention to detail was impeccable. If you ever need to get a turn key HVAC installed by the pro's. call Greg and Reliable. I think they should just rename the company to "Bad A$$ Heating & Air, Plumbing and Electrical", it would make more sense.

We just signed up with Reliable Heating & Air. Our advisor was Sara Endsley. She's a cross between professional and the best friend in your head you didn't know you needed. Sara was honest and transparent, but the most important attribute for me was, she wasn't pushy. Think, buying a car. You typically walk away exhausted due to the dishonesty and pressure. That was not an issue with our advisor. She stated the facts and left us with the assurance that we can choose the company that worked best for us; no pressure. After two days of deep thought, we chose Reliable Heating and Air because we felt safe.

Harry French was my rep. from Reliable and did a great job. He listened and provide great customer service. We got the Daikin Fit system. The unit was installed with all the specifications we discussed. Harry even contacted mr several times to make sure we were happy and that the unit was operating properly. We could not be more happy! Bravo Harry French... you are the best!!

Working with Reliable to replace my HVAC system has been a very positive experience so far. I called and was scheduled for an appointment the same day. Barry was my technician and arrived on time. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable. He patiently explained all of the technical aspects of the issues and even allowed my teenaged son to observe & ask questions. His positive attitude helped relieve the stress of having to make a major repair & I am looking forward to working with the install team.
