We definitely recommend this company. We had a new AC unit placed and Representative Rod was great and very informative. The company went above and beyond to work around our needs and gave excellent customer service.

I really enjoyed the experience of having Hector repair my A/C. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all questions. I really appreciated that he contacted me prior to arriving and showed up on time. He explained each step along the way so that I could understand the process. I would certainly use them in the future should the need arise. Hector is certainly a great asset to your organization.

First let me say I have had Reliable install a new whole house HV/AC unit, as well as a new tankless water heater. For both of those jobs our quote and install went very smoothly. The team arrived on time, installed everything exactly like I expected, and answered questions and communicated what they were doing very well.

So, naturally based upon prior service, I called them to install a Mini-Split Cassette in my home. The sales representative arrived on time, and we walked through the entire process and what would be needed. The quote was approximately 4 times the cost of the unit, but I understand there was a lot of work involved so I signed the contract.

On June 8th the day of the installation, no one showed at the scheduled time, so I called them later in the day. I was told the parts didn’t arrive so they couldn’t install the unit. I would think Reliable would call me to tell me this vs me having to call them.

We rescheduled the installation for June 15th and the technicians arrived only to tell me the unit wouldn’t fit between the ceiling joists, and they couldn’t install it until I made modifications to the ceiling for the unit to fit.

Here again, I would think Reliable would know the vast majority of home have wall studs and ceiling joist on 16” center so of course a 23” unit wouldn’t fit. The technician informed me that once I made the modification to the ceiling they could come back and do the installation.

At that time, I informed the Reliable sales representative Ian of what had happened, and he informed me that Bruce, the Installation Manager, would call me to verify what was needed.

A week went by, and no one contacted me, so on June 22 I called the main office again, and after explaining what had happened, the customer service representative assured me that Bruce would return my call that day. NO CALL BACK.

I called a week later on June 29th, and again I was assured that Bruce would return my call that day…and once again….a week went by with ....NO CALL BACK.

I called again a week later on July 6th, and again I was assured that Bruce would return my call that day…..again…. NO CALL BACK.

I called July 7th…… was assured that Bruce would return my call that day. ….NO CALL BACK.

So, I am thinking maybe I just need to schedule another home visiting to discuss the installation again. I scheduled the home visit for July 8th between 10 and 12. I received an immediate text confirmation that the Reliable Representative would be arriving on July 8th between 10 and 12. To my amazement the representative was just a "No Show", and I received No Text, No Call.

Unfortunately, It's obvious after 30 days of being ignored I have to believe that “Reliable” heating and air is no longer Reliable, and they need to change their name.

We were in need of replacing our HVAC system and we called a few companies to optain quotes so we would choose the most economical solution for our budget. Sara Endsley with Reliable Heating & Air was the first representative to call us back. We made an appointment for her to come evaluate our system and she was early, very professional, and gave us a couple of options to choose from. She was very thorough and explained the entire process in terms that made sense to me and I didn't feel incompetent. Sara was very respectful and appreciated the opportunity. I could tell she was not going to be a pushy sales person. After meeting with another company and having a no-show, even though Reliable's price was a tad more, we felt like "you get what you pay for" and decided to trust them with our system. I would highly recommend Reliable Heating & Air and Sara Endsley is a great assest. Plus, for a female in this industry, she's very impressive!

Had a new system installed - Philo Mitman in sales was amazing. He was professional, knowledgeable, and even helped to solve a slight problem that was fixed right away by installer DeMarcus and his partner. The whole install was smooth and we now comfortable in our home with our new system. I can’t believe how fast they got us set up and running after our system failed. Thanks so much. Reliable did a great job replacing our furnace and A/C units. The process was super smooth - from the initial meeting with Ian, to the completion of the job by their friendly technicians. Very quick turnaround and overall a great experience.

Had a new 2 ton unit and gas furnace installation done last week.. very pleased with the whole process. Sales rep Rodney was fantastic, very nice and explained things well. Service techs did an excellent job as well! We used Reliable for our tankless hot water heater last year as well. Highly recommend them.

Our HVAC system was not working and required replacement. Roy Elrod was very professional and courteous. He explained the options and set -up for next day installation. Ricardo and team did an excellent job with the installation and assisted with Smart features on IPhone.

Reliable took my service call after hours and sent someone the next morning to diagnose the problem that two other technicians from another company couldn’t find with my heater. They offered with no pressure to either fix it or replace it and then immediately scheduled us with their sales person (Jacob) when we decided we wanted to replace. He was awesome at explaining our options and not pressuring us at all on our decision. He scheduled us for installation of the new HVAC system the next morning, and the techs (Eric, Lucas) were awesome - polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. I very highly recommend Reliable for both repairs and a new system.

Brent Weiss is the salesman I worked with. His presentation was comprehensive and informative. I learned a few things just taking to him. I got a great package. The price is very affordable for me. I can see myself recommending this company to my friends.
