Reliable was quick to fit me into their schedule on the day I called when my upstairs AC kept tripping off. Nabil was very helpful and even took the time to explain to me what he was doing so that I better understood some basic maintenance steps I could take for my system. I have had only good experiences with Reliable thus far and Nabil did a great job ensuring that continued.

If reliable means booking an appointment, having them call us to reschedule for the next day and then not even show up for the rescheduled time or call to let us know they wouldn’t be coming, then yes, this company is reliable!

Junior and his crew were amazing! They came in to install a new HVAC unit for us. They arrived earlier than expected, did amazing work, and made sure everything was clean before they left. Junior was able to answer all my questions and showed me how to use our new thermostat and made sure to show me the new units upstairs and downstairs. Thank you so much!!

Brent Weiss has provided me excellent service in the past year as I've had to replace two separate aging HVAC units. Brent provided me with multiple options from which I was able to choose the one that was best for my situation. He also designed a complex new installation which involved running new trunk and duct lines, new AC lines, and adding multiple vents. Brent was easy to work with, very thorough, and quick to respond when I had questions. Brent was also on site to walk through the design with the installation team on the day of. Brent will be my first call when I need HVAC sales support in the future.

Reliable sent Nabil the same day and late afternoon. Wow! Nabil is a super nice guy and very professional. He found the problem and did the repair very quickly.

Please don’t waste your time and money with this company, they will swindle you into “protection packages” and all this extra “insurance” but it’s all phoney and very deceiving, the techs they employ are very unprofessional and very vague on what they are doing. Don’t let this company swindle you like they did me, just take your business to somewhere trustworthy and honest. Reliable is completely unreliable.

Jr. and his crew of professionals installed two Heating and Air Conditioning units in my home. They communicated with me throughout the process. They were courteous, knowledgeable and responsive. Great efficient work and they cleaned up afterwards. I Highly recommend.

Gentleman who picked up the phone was rude and cut me off, saying that he wasn't interested in our business.

I was trying to get at least a basic idea of what an HVAC replacement might be for a house we are purchasing. Rather than offering a helpful suggestion (paid inspection, broad price ranges, anything else at all), he just complained about how many due diligence calls they are getting and said it isn't worth their time.

I completely understand why a commission based rep wouldn't be keen on coming for the "free" inspection when I am not yet the homeowner. However, the rep cut me off and started explaining pedantically rather than giving any sort of helpful suggestion about what I might do instead. Reliable may well have good technicians, but I'm definitely not doing business with them when it comes time if this is how they interact with their potential customers.
